Just Started the Candida Diet Protocol

Just getting started on the candida diet protocol

I've been sick for over a decade, with many ups and downs, thinking I was getting better, only to fall ill again. This past February, I caught "the flu" with a horrible cough. In April, I got a rash on my lower left leg. I could see the hyphae pattern of the fungus. I was seeing a Homeopath who didn't really seem to want to hear that it was fungus and of course, he did nothing for me. I continued with the nasty coughing and then a rash broke out on my chest. It's now June, the rash is mostly better, but I'm still coughing --- and am having endless panic attacks. It's clear that I have systemic fungus.

I just started the candida protocol 5 days ago and have not found any relief - yet. I'm following the turpentine, borax, alkalizing protocol and the diet. I'm also doing colloidal silver inhalation treatments and on occasion, I spray hydrogen peroxide and inhale that. I'm taking most of the recommended supplements as I sift through all of the info. One thing I think the fungus has done is affected my eyes. It's very hard for me to read. There was an "injury" to my left eye 4 years ago and now my right eye is clouded with floaters. I'm scared, but determined.

I would appreciate any other suggestions to help my breathing and to regain my vision.

Thank you, San

If I were in your shoes, I would do fasting. You are doing a lot of good things, but given the chronic nature and long timeline, and the uncertainty of it all... you could hand control to the body -- it knows what's wrong and it can heal it.

Water only fasting can heal so much!

There is also dry fasting, but that is a lot harder. Good book is Oldest Cure in the World. Good luck!
