In my opinion, Walter Last's borax protocol is too weak to work for the majority of people whereas Ted's borax protocol is likely to be more effective for most people. from my personal experience I know that Walter's remedy would not have worked for me, but Ted's remedy has kept my PA in remission for 17 pain free years.

We have to take into account the censorship that medical professionals are subject to.
Example with vit D: if we follow the official recommended dosages (here in France), you'll barely keep alive, but you'll never increase your serum vit D level.
As for borax, I've read that you should gradually increase the dosage, so listen to your body and do it carefully.
Be sure to take cofactors as a precaution (vit D, good quality magnesium, etc.).

I read it depends on what type of arthritis you have. It doesn’t work so well on Rheumatoid arthritis unfortunately
