Apple Cider Vinegar for Salivary Gland Stones cordez (London, UK) on 05/06/2025

I had a 2cm long salivary stone in the duct for several months. I was in so much pain I had to be hospitalised to have IV antibiotics. I had five courses of antibiotics and painkillers. I was absolutely sick to death of massaging, lemon juice, drinking endless water and all the other remedies. I was waiting for the operation to have it surgically removed, and all the pain had gone but I still had the golf ball-sized lump under my jaw. Then I bought a different brand of apple cider vinegar for a different issue - fungal nail infection. I started to drink the ACV in water each day. Almost immediately, tiny stones started making their way to the duct entrance. They were like grains of sand and so were fairly easy to pop out. This was happening daily - the ACV was breaking up the stones so that tiny specks were being broken off the calcified mass, travelling down the duct and then being popped out. It has been taking ages for them to come out, but there is no pain and, now, no swelling under my jaw. I just continue to drink the water and ACV and each day more of it breaks off. The brand I use is from a small apple farm in England. The brand is Herons Folly Garden, Mayfield. It is organic and comes with the 'mother'. I had tried white vinegar and other brands of ACV before this one for an unrelated issue. I was surprised to find it was working on my stone.
