A Wonderful and Excellent Treatment for Fibromyalgia aka ME/CFS

I just happen to notice an article put out by the National Library of Medicine. Now what the NLM does is put out articles from all over the world about new treatments and studies that are being done and thank God that they do, otherwise we would never know about them at all. Big Pharma has complete control over everything being done here in America so we have no idea of what's being done anywhere else. NLM doesn't endorse or approve of any of the studies or treatments, they just report them.

This treatment/study was done in Toyoko, Japan at one of their Fibromyalgia Clinics

The treatment is called Epipharyngeal Abrasive Therapy or EAT

The title of the article is called "A Case Report of Chronic Epipharyngitis with Chronic Fatigue Treated with Epipharyngeal Abrasive Therapy (EAT)

CASE PRESENTATION

A 42y/o woman with chronic fatigue of unknown origin, which began to interfere with her daily life and employment about six months ago, visited an outpatient clinic specializing in ME/CFS aka fibromyalgia in Tokyo in February 2015, with chronic fatigue as the main complaint. At the time of her visit, she faced difficulty going out and spent more than 50% of the day lying in bed at home. She was diagnosed with ME/CFS aka fibromyalgia according to the diagnostic criteria for CFS by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED).

To make a long story much shorter they first treated her with nutritional therapy thinking this could be a gut biodome problem. They used high concentration of Vit C intravenously, DHEA, oral Magnesium supplements with no improvement. So they knew the treatment wouldn't be in the gut.

The patient then underwent an nasal endoscopy using band-limited light endoscopy system which revealed redness and swelling of the epipharyngeal mucosa from the posterior wall of the nasopharynx to the canal and lateral walls, this is the area where viruses hide and replicate esp Epstein Barr.

Epstein Barr Virus is responsible for many very serious health conditions and cancers and every fibromyalgia patient has tested positive for this virus unless their fibromyalgia has been due to trauma.

The patient was treated with a 6 inch Q tip soaked in 1% Zinc Chloride using EAT, each nostril. She came to the clinic 2x/weekly for 6 months before returning to work. EAT was done on her 54 times. During the past seven years since her treatment when she starts to feel unwell, she returns to the clinic for another 52 EATS.

I was able to find the Zinc Chloride an Amazon under "Zinc Complex" and it's the only one that has zinc sulfate, Chloride, and magnesium in it, all three is what's needed.

I tried it for the first time last night not expecting too much at all. Problem was I did it at midnight not realizing I would be blowing my nose until 3am so treat yourself earlier. I woke up and felt different. When you wake up in the morning your brain wakes up your body. Anyone with fibromyalgia your brain goes in overdrive immediately and your muscles go into microspasms, I didn't feel that for the first time in 7 years and I didn't feel the fatigue that I usually feel. I'm getting more done today and that's worth mentioning.

Now if you decide to do EAT please do not look up the vid on youtube under "Neal". He's doing it wrong and damaging his nasal tissues, PLEASE don't follow his example, I nearly fell out of my chair. As a retired healthcare provider I CANNOT recommend his vid. There are other vids that show you how to do it. You have to hyperextend your neck approx 45 degrees and insert the swab all the way to the back. Then move the swab gently against the back surfaces rolling the swab so the zinc chloride gets distributed well. Do both sides and wait, don't panic but you will feel different and your nose will start to run. In the medical field we call that rhinorhea.

I hope this helps anyone with this dreaded condition, there is hope but remember it's not a cure but excellent treatment.

Interesting. But couldn't you just use the zinc liquid as nasal spray? Could you give the name of the product, instead of saying zinc complex on amazon? Thank you.

No. Evidently nasal spray doesn't reach that area where viruses replicate and live, the medical community has known that for a long time. This is a much better technique. As for the name, I gave you what it's called on Amazon. It comes in a white bottle with a dropper, it simply says "Zinc Complex" on the front.

It seems EC has put the one up that I use. I didn't want to EC to think I've endorsed a product but this is the product, thank you EC.

I've done my second treatment and I had a horrific Herx Rxn. I drank ginger tea with ACV and honey then binge watched Blue Bloods. In about 3 hrs I was feeling good. I call that my magic tea esp when I have a fibro flare up.

I've done my third treatment with NO Herx Rxn but I did have sneezing. Other than that I woke up feeling much better. I feel like I'm getting my body back under my control. I realize this is treatment and I'll probably have to do this for the rest of my life, but it's worth it. My thanks go out to the woman who was the case study in 2015, this will change lives for the better. Another thanks to Japan for releasing this valuable info, keep up the great work.

I did my fourth treatment and it was the same as the third but when I did my fifth treatment today I had no sneezing and started feeling really good within a half hour...

Well I've been doing these treatments ever since April and I can hardly even feel the fibromyalgia anymore. I do them 3x/wkly with weekends off and I'm thankful for the new life that I've been experiencing. I didn't think I had Long Haul COVID b/c I got better after my initial infection. It took 6 weeks to experience my first fibro attack after COVID and like I said, it took me down right to the floor. I was never the same after that. It feels good to feel good.

I really appreciate you sharing this protocol! I received the Zinc liquid yesterday and tried this morning. It did cause a sneezing attack, and I think it will take a few times to get used to doing it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I'm not sure I am going back far enough. I wonder if there would be any harm in doing it every day for the first few weeks. I've tried several new remedies in the last 2 weeks so it may be difficult to know exactly which one is really working but I will share feedback soon. Oh, I should mention I ordered the 6" swaps too and would suggest to anyone else.

It's up to you but I followed their protocol. I should have kept up that treatment b/c I've seem to have gotten the flu going around and it's been nothing more than pure hell0! It seemed once I started feeling back to my old self, I quit doing it but now I'm going back to every other day. I still do tDCS and that makes all the difference....it takes away the pain. I've gone back to alkaline water 9.5+ too, much better. This year I'm going to be doing yoga, acupressure, and ear seeding to settle down the food sensitivities. I got the idea from Alpha Gal Syndrome treatment. They won't do the ear acupuncture for food sensitivities on fibro patients b/c ours is chronic, not acute like theirs. So ear seeding caught my eye and I'll be starting that soon. Good luck to you! The EAT treatment worked great but the tDCS worked like a charm.
