A week later, my daughter in law was over. She had a spot on her back that was making her miserable. (Muscular pain - likely from carrying around a hefty 11 month old.) She had been taking ibuprofen for days. She had used heat and ice.
I got her my Frankincense and she used it neat, topically. Within 20 minutes she had less pain. I sent her home with the bottle. She used it several more times over the weekend. She was amazing at how much it helped.
We use frankincense oil from Hopewell Oils. It is a very reasonably priced high quality oil.
I have also used it for ovarian cysts, ganglion cysts, and many other things over the years. Amazing stuff!

Hello Mama to many,
For the past four days I have been volunteering in an organization for an event which involved lot of work, walking up and down the stairs and stress about the event. After 5/6 hours of work my feet from knee to calf and feet gets severe pain that, after sometime, it becomes difficult for me to even walk. Is it because I am not excersizing on regular basis? Some rest gives me some relief.
Can you please suggest some remedies

Dear Sandy,
Yes, I suspect the sudden significant increase in activity is the cause of the problem.
You could try massaging the area of pain in the evening, with Arnica cream if possible. An Epsom Salt bath would be really great. A tablespoon of blackstrap molasses, or a magnesium supplement at bedtime may be helpful, too.
If possible, wear well fitting and supportive shoes. If you are standing/walking on concrete that is extra stressful to the legs/knees/feet/joints.
I have found that one of the best things I have added to my routine is heel lifts daily. I use a yoga block. I put my heels off the back and hold a counter lightly for balance if needed. Slowly I raise myself up onto my toes, then lower my heels, slowly, below the yoga block. This keeps the calf muscle from shortening. This also strengthens the feet and toes. Keeping the yoga block in the kitchen makes it easy to do 10 of these several times a day.
Love,
