Get red Marine algae to take faithfully for 3 or 4 months every day and enough quantities and you won't ever have another outbreak.

Unfortunately didn’t work for me. Took 4 capsules of the Now Food brand for 3-4 months and outbreaks still thereDony Know if there’s a better quality product or something, but this one did nothing
