I used to be on antibiotics every year for respiratory infections, I was also born with asthma. By around the age of 35, one year after 4-5 different antibiotics, the doctor told me they don't have another antibiotic to try. This scared the crap out of me.
Long story short, I tried nebulizing colloidal silver. 5mL 3-5x per day and I find less dosage more often is even better. I was coughing mucus out in chunks and felt better after about 3 days.
I've done this protocol with my young children and myself every year I have the respiratory infection. It works wonders and I haven't taken an antibiotic for respiratory infection since, ~6 years.
I've also used this protocol for strep and never took an antibiotic, was done after 4-5 days even though others were on antibiotics for almost 2 weeks.
I use Sovereign Silver and a face mask with my nebulizer to get it into my nasal passages as well as my lungs.
Good luck and God bless!

@ Emme in Ireland
I’m not sure what is available in Ireland that you have to purchase, but most CS on the market in the USA is Ionic CS due to its safety profile. If you can’t find any CS to purchase, you can make it at home.

I've always used Sovereign Silver. It's made with pharmaceutical grade water. Supposedly you want to avoid "nano" silver products.

Hi mcw,
The great majority of colloidal silver studies use silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) to good effect. The following science article discusses the effectiveness and toxicity of silver nanoparticles compared to ionic silver :
https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/304/1/012029/pdf#:~:text=Therefore it can be concluded, any risk for the environment.
Here is what the article concluded :
' Silver NPs has proved to be further more suitable antibacterial agent than the substances on the bases of ionic silver especially because of its significantly lower toxicity. The silver NPs, comparably with ionic silver, suppress bacterial and yeast growth at comparable concentrations equal to approx. 1 mg/L - 3 mg/L. Nevertheless, in the case of ionic silver these concentrations are also toxic against eukaryotic organisms including human cells. On contrary silver NPs effectively suppress bacterial and yeast growth at these concentrations that are not toxic to the tested human fibroblasts and also against P. caudatum, D. melanogaster or Monoraphidium sp. Based on these findings, the silver NPs do not represent any risk for human beings, when used in medical applications and commercially available products, but only under the condition that the silver concentration is retained at units of mg/L, which is sufficient for the suppression of bacterial and yeast growth. Sovereign Silver manufacturers ionic silver not colloidal silver, and pharmaceutical-grade water is a fancy way of saying distilled water (0 ppm). But do correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Regarding silver nano particles, I'd rather give that more time to settle. Regular colloidal silver has been used for long enough to be deemed safe. Thanks for the information though!

It's definitely colloidal silver.

Hi again, mcw,
Sovereign Silver is definitely ionic silver as shown in this study of commercial colloidal silver products :
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7765683/
Here is a relevant quote from the study :
' The absence of the plasmon band characteristic of dispersed silver nanoparticles clearly shows that 10 of the 14 products evaluated (~70%) contain silver in ionic form and should not be labeled “colloidal silver”. It appears that the large majority of manufacturers are either not aware or are simply ignoring that stable “colloidal silver” dispersions should be colored even at very low silver concentration. Four manufacturers (NaturalImunogenics, Sovereign Silver, Naturally Sourced LLC, and SilverDoc) attempt to “solve” this conundrum by claiming that the particles in their products are too small (0.8 nm) to absorb electromagnetic radiation and thus display color (Note: Based on our data and the identical value of the particle size given on the labels, these four companies appear to be selling the same product under different names).'
It is a mystery to me why these manufacturers don't spend the extra money in production costs to convert their products to actual colloidal silver, but they don't and instead try to pass their products off as colloidal silver instead of the ionic silver that it is. The cost difference to make actual colloidal silver is relatively small, especially for a commercial supplier who is making their product in large quantities.

Hello, does anybody know how much CS@20ppm is used in a ultrasonic humidifier with a gallon of water capacity?
