For the past few years, I have had problems with arthritic knees, barely able to walk, etc. Along with other exercises, I was advised to walk backwards, preferable up a mild, not steep, incline to strengthen knees. There are youtube videos about this; I wasn't interested in the one where one pulls some device in a gym, but walking backwards on the driveway, or in the backyard, or safely in a park is worth it as it strengthens muscles you didn't know you had!

Yes I agree with all you say. I have been using for around 4 years and no longer have body aches. Used to struggle going down stairs with sore knees, now nothing. Have recently started my arthritic horse on it. Pretty sure it will help her too. Have put so many onto it including my 88yo mum who had such bad arthritis in her knee she couldn't walk. Now so mobile which started to improve about 1 month after taking it. Another gf was told she needed a knee reconstruction but now all good. Wonderful mineral to help your body
