Chronic Diarrhea from Brazil Nuts (Selenium Poisoning)

Brazil Nut / Selenium overdose - Cancer

Hi, I started eating Brazil nuts and now have chronic diarrhea.

Assuming the two are related, can I simply discontinue the nuts and wait out the diahrhhea or do I need other nutrition?

I also have breast cancer and read that NAC/Gluthione actually encourages metastasis so I am worried about this. I am aware that NAC is good for removing toxic substances and it is used in paracetemol overdose, but it also makes things 'more runny'... so is it really a great idea to use it in this case?

How are Brazil nuts best used as an antiproliferative substance? Should it be eaten along with specific other foods?

Thanks

Source of info? I would like to read it.

NAC promotes glutathione, a powerhouse for mitochondria. It is known by many studies to be a good addition.

It really only takes two brazil nuts per day to get selenium.

The selenium and vitamin E need to be in balance along with magnesium.

Hi Sandy,

This will help for diarrhea, 1/2 spoon of ginger powder in glass of water morning and night.

Also, apply Frankensence Oil on any area you think is a tumor. Kills cancer, apply morning and night on area.

I would stop Brazil nuts, If you choose to clean the body of cancer/toxins buy a bag of Food Grade Calcium Bentonite Clay, take 1/2 spoon in water or juice, once daily. Do all of the above and you will be great in a few weeks..

What about the high lead and other heavy metal levels in clays?

Diarrhea is a common herxheimer reaction. People who experience the elimination of toxins at a high rate can experience such a reaction. They may reduce their dosage after a break and then slowly raise dosage again on a daily or weekly basis. This can apply to minerals and items that kill or carry away fungus and other toxins and dead cancer cells. I’ve noticed that what was once known as the safest form of selenium (selenomethionine) over a decade ago, is now being claimed as potentially toxic at higher dosages. The subject of alternative cancer therapies is full of much misinformation, deliberate on some level, while most functions by repetition. I can only give my personal experience. I’ve taken selenomethionine at regular daily doses of 800 mcg, usually while taking 25 mg of lugols form iodine. Taken together, they are even more effective as support against cancer, while dosages here are my own choice after reading many sources. Claimed safe dosage limit for iodine is about 1 mg. My daily limit in personal experience without saturating my thyroid with iodine is 50 mg. After reading various independent, professional sources I also tested how much time it would take me to reach saturation. (I was in good health) I began after a period of abstinence, taking 300 mg lugols iodine daily with no unusual effects until the 5th day when I experienced a slightly elevated heart rate. I stopped dosage for 3 days and then began taking 50 mg daily with no symptoms. For long term, I will take 25 mg continuously. The nascent form of iodine is more easily absorbed and dosage is less for the same effect. I would take from 8 to 12 drops of nascent iodine.
