For me, it only takes one date and I can eat any product with gluten and not have a reaction! I wasn't actually expecting it to work, but was pleasantly surprised. Hope it works for everyone else as well!

This is an update to my earlier post about dates. I'm not quite as sure as i was at first that dates stop any reaction for me. They definitely did help, but it seemed I needed more and more dates to keep my system quiet. And frankly, I got pretty tired of dates. I've never been very fond of them. At this point, I think I'd rather go back to being gluten free than eating so many dates. Even just 3 or 4 dates a day seemed very distasteful to me. I'm sure it's different for everyone and it might be worth a try for many people.

Wow I love dates and never even thought of them to use for when I have "symptoms" of being glutened. Thanks.

That's incredible: thank you so much! I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and upset about it in part because I think I brought it on myself. But that’s another story for another time.
I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and upset about it in part because I think I brought it on myself. But that’s another story for another time. Today, I began to meditate on healing and was feeling a little calmer about the issue. I walked outside into the sunlight and wondered what it is that my body needs.
I received an overwhelming craving for figs. Dried figs. I did not order any because I was concerned about the sugar content. And now, just a few hours later, here. I am reading your post. Thank you so much for the corroboration!
