I guess I am trying to see if anyone else has had this and has any advice. Thanks!

You have a choice of
several remedies on this Site for Swollen Lymph Glands. Don't let the swelling get too advanced. Thing is to be consistent in taking them! Wish I had known about these options before they cut out my lymph node several decades ago looking for cancer!! I still have the scar to prove it! It looked rather like a zip fastener after the stitches came out! Small children would either run to their mothers and cry or ask me what it was. I told the small ones that I kept my crayons in there! Some of them believed me!
However, you may have already tried mixing a teaspoon each of sea salt and bicarbonate of soda in a glass of water? Not too pleasant eh? Lymphatic Drainage Technique is another thing to try. Bouncing gently on a mini-trampoline OR a Pilates ball if you are more sedate! Mega doses of 1,000mg Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate preferably). Ice pad for five minutes only to ease the swelling, followed after a suitable interval by a Castor oil pack applied with heat externally for longer than fifteen minutes or so. Alfalfa tablets to loosen you up in my experience anyway.
Last but not least, some sort of ACV treatment protocol to suit your taste and plenty of ideas on this Site.
I hope this helps you.
