What's the story with AI telling me H202 kills both good and bad bacteria?

Hi Timmo,

Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) is a potent oxidant and a potent antimicrobial and it kills good and bad bacteria indiscriminately. HP does not only kill bacteria, it can do significant damage to cells of all types in the body. Having enough catalase can help prevent excess damage caused by HP.

For people taking oral HP, if they do not have enough catalase, a natural antioxidant of the body that specifically neutralizes the potent oxidant effects of HP, it is likely to make them feel very unwell if not make them outright sick.
