Im new and hoping to get some feed back.. I have been officially diagnosed with IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth) its a nasty bacteria in the Small Intestines that hides under a Biofilm. I'm having a VERY difficult time trying to get rid of it. I was originally diagnosed with IBS 8 years ago, But after doing my own research I took an expensive Breath Taste and discovered I had IMO. Its Evil and causes Lots of gut issues.
If you have any suggestions or have completely cured this Bacteria, I would LOVE the Protocol you used.

Try serrapeptase. It dissolves dead tissue.
Both serrapeptase and nattokinase address biofilm
Bromelain also

Also use Oregano oil in the types of capsules that travel to the bowel. I use a bottle from Metagenics and take a few when symptoms flare. Look at FODMAP intolerances. Changing your diet will probably help. I have fewer issues now.
