I was diagnosed with LS 15 yrs (+/-) ago. I've not even been sexually active in over 12 yrs. I have been using Clobetosol Ointment for 15 yrs; 3 times a day for 2 weeks, the 2 times a day, then 1 time a day, then tapered to 2-3 times a week. Yes, it helps with comfort but never totally comfortable. There are times when I have more discomfort and use more ointment when this happens. I also have moderate urinary incontinence which doesn't help at all as wearing ”overnight” pads 24/7, changing them when I even leak a little. Is there any natural cure? Use of Organic, Hexane Free Castor Oil has helped but still use the ointment. Weird that I don't seem to have the itching problem that people talk about so I've not incorporated other ingredients. At last check, I have a patch the gyno is keeping an eye on unsure if it's cancer and keeps suggesting a biopsy to which I refuse. Added a sitz bath once or twice a day with Epsom salt has helped. Next check with gyno in 3 months. What suggestions might you have for me? I'm 64 with other health issues as well
