How to Remove Piece of Aluminum Foil in Eye

What can you do if you get a tiny speck of aluminum foil in your eye? When I rip a piece of aluminum foil from the roll, I often see very tiny pieces of foil on the counter after I do that. This time, after I ripped a piece of foil from the roll, my eye felt like something is in it. If it is a piece of foil, how can I get it out? I can't see it. I have sjogrens, so my eyes are dry and don't have fluid on them, so dirt sticks easily. Thank you.

We use castor oil in the eye when we get stuff in them. It is soothing and protects the eye while the offending speck works its way out.

Herbalist Rachel Weaver used to recommend putting one flaxseed in the corner of the eye to draw something out; I have never tried this, though.
