Some of mine are painful but nothing I can not live with. I am open to other suggestions beside the vinegar.

Lipomas are SYMPTOMS of a larger issue. Lipomas are an effect, not a cause. Just like w cancer, lipomas have not invaded the body, they have been produced BY THE BODY as a sign or result of some CAUSE.
Apple Cider Vinegar, ginger, garlic etc etc etc work to detoxify the body & the help it perform its regular maintenance & repair.
Please find presentations such as A Quest for the Cure, Truth About Global Cancer & others. They have tremendous resources throughout.
***Medicines NEVER cause harm. Poisons do that. Medicines heal, or they are not medicines.
I have had approx 20 of these lipomas removed over past 6 years via incisions. Only recently have I been better informed on what I CAN DO to help treat the CAUSE. :)

I'm 38 had them since I was 20. Got on legs side back arms. They stopped showing up from 24- probabily 34 but last few years 1 after the next. I don't know what I started taking a bunch of supplements and started exercising. Also the apple cider at night. I had 1 start to dissolve. Flaked off on my diet though.
Well it sucks but it's nice not being the only 1 with it. Wonder if it's from my fillings some times? What do you think, just genetic?

I have used a combination of apple cider vinegar on my Lipoma before while x taking a mushroom complex called " mu comunity" found at healthfood stores, for 2 months and my lipoma decreased to half its size but then I stopped and it's not big again. The key is to continue until its gone and continue the vinegar for life. Lemon water also helps to alkaline the body and decrease lipomas.I believe they are formed from consuming meat and dairy foods which are loaded with growth hormones and coming in contact with plastics which when particles are being released and enter our bodies they have an estrogenic effect and contribute to cancer, tumors and lipomas.
It is good to have a healthy, and organic diet and drinking a lot of clean water.Try not go heat food in plastic containers in microwaves and keep away from pollution as much as possible Also taking supplements and antioxidants help. Turmeric decreases lipomas too but don't take more than 500 mg.a day for it stains the teeth even if it is taken internally. Some medications may cause them too.

I heard that using sage extract works applied topically. Or tea tree oil. I haven't tried yet. Waiting for the extract.

I saw a guy talking about having lipomas on his body all his life and had them removed, but they came back. Then he heard that water fasting would help take them away. He started fasting and indeed saw the lipomas go away. They say the body can heal the body and remove things that don't belong. He said that now he fasts about 3 days a week. That seems a bit excessive to me but I'm not sure how much he eats when he's not fasting. I am about to give this a try but I like to eat so we'll see! If it gives me good results then I believe it will be easier for me to do it. I will try one day a week at first to see. Then go a day and a half, which is 36 hours, and they say magical things do begin when you fast that long! I will update after a couple of months!

This makes me think that they may be related to high INSULIN. I’ve recently developed two of them and have been struggling with high insulin post menopause. I’ve never had high sugar until estrogen dropped. I’ve also been dealing with neuropathy in the toes of my left foot and burning on my left wrist.
