I saw a comment who mentioned going Gluten free helped to be almost tremor free...

Aliups Atlanta, Ga said: [YEA] I have had tremors since I was a kid (30 yrs), they started to get really bad a few years ago and that's when I was diagnosed with ET....

I went gluten free, caffeine free, aspartame free (any sugar substitute) I take Lecithin 1200mg, Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg, L-Lysine 500mg, GABA 1500mg, Calcium 1000mg, Magnesium 800mg, Norwegian Salmon Oil 2200mg plus a multivitamin.

I have been doing this for almost three months and I am mostly tremor free. The tremors will start up if I get upset or angry, but very mild.

Avoid aspartame like the plague. A client's daughter awoke one morning (5 months pregnant) with a little dizzyness. Got out of bed and unable to walk without holding on to walls, furniture. Began loosing vision. Hospitalization, the docs couldn't find anything wrong (one was her sibling). Released after a few days in wheelchair. Like this for a few months. My client said she was running late for our appointment, she had to drop off a case of diet pepsi to same daughter. I mentioned the danger of aspartame but it was poo-pooed by mom and doctor daughter. Oh well, some will only believe western medicine. Sadly.
