Hamster With Fur Loss

"I have a Syrian hamster who is losing a lot of fur on her legs and back. I thought it was fur loss from mites, so I treated her with Beaphar hamster ivermectin medicine, but she is still losing fur. I do not know if it is Cushing's disease or simply old age (I got her brand new from the pet store ten months ago, but I do not know how old she was when I got her). I cannot afford a vet visit. What can I do? I have tried coconut oil on the spots to no avail. Any help would be very appreciated."
