I had yeast infection for over 5 years. i tried colonics taking proboitices anti fungel medicine. nothing worked.
I took caprilic acid, which is a derivetive of coconute oils, and took the first week 2 caps 3x a day and every week i up it by one so the next week i took 3 caps 3 x and so on until i reached 5 caps i did it for 3 months i didn't get a yeast infection for 2 years now.
