Solution to Deep Leg Pain

For many years I gave my mother the substance "Horse Chestnut" to alleviate the pain of varicose veins. She also had MS and her legs would ache and that problem was different from the varicose vein issue. For that MS aching problem AEP was very effective. (Calcium AEP) I never had any circulation problem or issue with veins. But a few years ago I noticed an aching going down my right leg, especially bad if I had to drive in my car a great distance. It is a deep aching pain. There is a weakening of the muscle deep in my leg...going high toward the groin area. I assumed this problem was sciatic nerve. But the low back was not hurting. I found if I would lie on my side and have my wife apply weight on my leg (heal of her foot)....not rubbing but applying specific weight with her heal into the inside of my leg, that running down my leg it was very sore. Her application of weight was helpful. But it did not cure me.

THEN, it occurred to me that this might not be so much sciatic as a VEIN problem. The cure for that I already knew....Horse Chestnut. Well, I had a bottle right among my many herbals and so I started on three capsules a day. OK.....almost immediately, the pain has gone. Gone. After a year or longer of suffering I tried something I already knew about and had seen my mother use successfully. Which is yet another life lesson....the cure may not be something new you learn, but using what you already know.

Leg Pain After Drinking Coffee and Caffeinated Drinks

Anonymous (USA) on 06/18/2013

I'm in search of a solution. When I drink caffeinated drinks my legs hurt that evening when I lay down to sleep, they are fine if I stand, they hurt on the front of the shin, there is a bump on each leg, larger on the right. The insteps of my feet sometimes will hurt too. There are small varicose veins on the inside of my ankles, puffiness on my insteps. This all improves if I quit the caffeine, eat bananas and celery, romaine. Take psyllium fiber drink with a 1/3 teaspoon baking soda mixed in. It started when I took aspirin and coffee together while I worked on my feet. My ankles swelled then, too. I did take birth control, but I think it was before I did that. I used to smoke, for two years, quit several years ago. I'd like to fix this permanently. Maybe the fix is just to quit the coffee. Any ideas? Lack of bicarbonates? I can't eat wheat, either, chocolate and milk are problematic too. Ideas?

I soaked in 4 pints of 3% store-bought hydrogen peroxide last night for about 20 minutes, while I did a little oil pulling, and noticed this morning that the 'veinyness' in my legs isn't as noticeable. Today I decided to be brave and try the inhalation method...I did two different breaths about 20 minutes apart, 4-5 squirts for each, and then laid down for a nap. I slept for an hour and a half and didn't realize I had even fallen asleep until I woke up and saw the time. I don't even feel that good when I taken melatonin at night. And I woke up with lots of energy. I am also doing the apple cider vinegar remedy so my body is quite 'tingly,' and I'm getting headaches...but these are all signs of detoxification as I have done the Master Cleanse before for ten days and had very similar side effects. The ACV will actually take care of detox headaches if mixed with the baking soda and taken on an empty stomach.

I'd like to give you a recipe against veins obstruction. Add to one bottle of Pure Malt Whiskey, 250 grams of fresh, organic onions. Let maserate for 15 days. Filter, and drink one lepel a day. Your veins will be cleaned and the blood circulation will be really better.
