Silica or Diatomaceous Earth plays a structural role in connective tissue and a necessary trace mineral.
Silica/DE is great to help tendonitis, osteoporosis, hair loss and many other health issues.
I recently had a TenJet procedure and DE is helping me recover. I recommend finding the Diatomaceous Earth Facebook page as it offers a ton of information.
