I injured my hand and I work using my hands so it was a long road finding relief. I was diagnosed with De Quervains tenosynovitis which is basically a form of tendinitis. I had a cortisone shot which worked all of two days. I was having to wrap my hand with sports tape, wear a compression sleeve and splint in order to work. I would ice it between clients. I was preparing to have surgery by a hand doc specialist as much as I didn’t want to. I also attempted physical therapy. I happened to see a reel of Barbara O’Neil discussing comfrey can repair bone, tendons and ligaments. I ordered some oil and it worked. I applied it to the area twice a day and within one day I saw a change and by the end of the week my pain was gone. I use now for maintenance. I also tore the meniscus in my left knee two years ago and I have started applying the comfrey oil to the knee and can tell a significant difference in the amount of discomfort in the knee. Using the oil that cost me $14 saved me from surgery and missing work as I am self employed. Hope this can help others!
