So basically I want to share my experience.

In the past:

I sweat when I leave the door in the morning, noticing my armpit getting wett increasingly. Once it got to the max, it will stay like the same all day, just wett. Also I noticed that cafeïne makes it worse. Also something in embarassing moments it gets extreme and even hot flashes occur.

Nowadays:

I don't sweat that much, it is still there and I notice wett areas which sometimes fades in and out, which is good I think. In the past it was continiously. Also no hot flashes and cafeïne is not that worse anymore. How come? I use Vitamin b6 (p-5-p form) in the morning from now foods. Besides that I use Vitamin D including all co factors in one poll. Also I use zma before sleep. I feel more relaxed now, no hot flashes, even when embarassed and comfortabel. I will soon include a good b complex as addition to balance the b6 but really, if you feel having the same issues; give it a try.
