Skin Renewal With Topical Rose Toner

Charity (faithville, Us) on 01/11/2022
5 out of 5 stars

This week I added two things, I already took 1k D-3 with K-2 so I added 5k more a day and then I ordered heritage rose toner topically. It is rose essence and smells strong but what surprised me is the skin seems to snap tight when this stuff is applied to it. I take a lot of things most days and usually when you add a new thing you see a lot of change. I love rose toners anyway, but this might be the fountain of youth. I may not need to hide my neck, it loves this stuff.

Ingredients: Purified Water*, Glycerin (Vegetable), Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate and Rosa Damascena (Damask Rose) Flower Oil.

*Water (Vor-Mag™) has been vortexed and magnetized to raise the energy to a higher vibration.

2022 and brand new YOU .....let it be ....let it be.

Cold, Face-First, Showers for Beautiful Skin Results

Cold, Face-First, Showers

For glowing skin, I would DEFINITELY say cold showers! Skin and hair. I noticed with the coconut oil vitamin C scrub, while the hot cloth over the face might dissolve some of the Vitamin C, slapping the COLD wet cloth on it is a whole other LEVEL of looking younger. I don't wear makeup or mess with my hair so I don't get a lot of mirror time and, before, whenever I'd catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror I was all "YIKES! I'm OLD! " ROFL but NOW, since switching to cold showers and with the Vitamin C scrubbing I catch a glimpse of myself and think "Who's' that?!?! " because I look so much younger and fresher and...well...YOUNGER! So, now, I keep looking in the mirror, ROFL! To make sure it wasn't my imagination or it isn't "wearing off" or something. I call it the daily, rebooting baptism because that's what it feels like - a sort of energizing and spiritual wake-up call. And, of course, it turns out that's also what it LOOKS like, so, WIN/WIN!!

Cindy's Coconut Oil and Vitamin C Facial

Cindy (Illinois, Usa) on 08/31/2020

Awesomest Coconut Oil, Vitamin C Facial!

I've been playing with cold water showering and head-soaking and face washing and just generally splashing it everywhere BUT I was also working on a super simple face scrub/fask/skin food thing so I thought, why not combine the two?!?!

Super easy, 1/4 cup of coconut oil (or in any amount), 1/8 cup of L-ascorbic acid powder (half the amount of coconut oil). That's it! Stir it up. It doesn't take much, just enough to get a scrub as you massage it into your face. Then leave it on while you get ready to shower and when you're ready, wet a washcloth - OR old cut up piece of t-shirt if you're re-using and recycling - first with pretty warm water, place it over your face to open the pores so the coconut oil and vitamin C can soak in, then wipe your face with it. THEN wet it with COLD water and hold THAT over your face.

Tips - the L-ascorbic acid is made from actual fruit so you can use the scrub on your lips and it will taste good if you lick it off - if you want, LOL, and for the cold water, you may want to use water from the fridge for the summer since your water might not actually be very cold. Ours is about 77 degrees which is basically the temp of a heated pool so - it's cold enough for a full on shower in one's first few cold showers but I'm going to have to keep a jug of water in the fridge for when I get used to it and want something colder. And that's what I've been using with the coconut oil scrub, too. As it feels much less cool when it's just on your face.

That's' it! Coconut oil, half that amount (by volume) of L-ascorbic acid, a washcloth or piece of an old t-shirt or some other clothing that's basically rag material and a shower or a sink. SUPER smooth skin. And, personally, I think the cold water actually works the facial muscles. it almost certainly "exercises" - I.e. dilates and constricts - the blood vessels. Plus, with the refrigerated water, you just feel sort of INVINCIBLE after! Like doing a whole teaspoon of super hot cayenne in a shot of water! WOW!

Turmeric for Skin Health

Tara (London) on 05/19/2018

I drink turmeric powder in almond or coconut milk every day - 1/2 teaspoon - and I also use it my facial masks at least once a week. It is a wonder spice. I never have breakout since taking it. Turmeric is great for cleansing the blood and detoxifying the liver and it is also amazing skin brightener. My favorite is a simple turmeric and raw honey mask - 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric in 1 tablespoon of raw honey mixed well. Apply to face and neck. Leave on for at least 20 minutes and wash off. Be careful not to get turmeric around light coloured clothes since it stains.

Coconut Oil for Skin

Jim (Kerr County, Texas) on 01/17/2018

I have been using coconut oil for about 3 weeks & something amazing has happened. Now I have probably been taking a pretty large amount because most of the comments I read speak of table spoon sized portions.

I didn't really get any guidance on how much to expose my body to. Internally or externally. But I bet I have been ingesting far more than I read here.

Now don't do this yourself without competent guidance. By competent I mean don't necessarily believe everything that you hear & read. Just because someone has a website or a blog, doesn't mean they can be reliable. Like everything seek out people who are truly knowledgeable. So what I am saying is don't necessarily go by this.

I love the taste of the unrefined, expeller pressed oil. So I take a spoonful whenever I have it out. I take a spoonfull of it with fresh lemon juice, baking soda, & warm water in the morning. I read where you put it in coffee. That tastes pretty good. I usually have 3, maybe 3 cups of coffee. I have experimented with it as a margarine substitute. On top of that I scrub my face with it & a tiny portion of baking soda. I've been putting it in my hair. I use a mixture of honey & coconut oil on my face at night & in the morning I also use it as a moisturizer after I shave.

So no telling how much I have used in a day. Like I said I didn't know exactly how to use it.

I have not had any diarrhea or other gastrointestinal issues.

Now the strangest thing has happened. I noticed 4 days ago my face had these bizarre white streaks. Coming down my forehead, collect around my eyes. Then the next day it was much more pronounced. There were indications of circulatory patterns in different areas on my face larger portions of my face looked like fresh, clean, brand new skin. There was a a kind of diffused light reflection, but there were still marked differences in the hue & texture of various places on my skin.

I could tell that these white areas were pronounced around the top of my eyebrows & the orbit of my eye sockets. It's like the fluids of the head & face gather & flow through the the eye sockets. I would say that 75% to 80% of the circulation of this white fluid flows through the orbit of the eyes & down the nose. The rest of it flows dawn the sides.

2 days ago things were weird enough that I took pictures, trying to give a visual. Naturally the digital image did not pick up the difference in color hue & contrast.

Now moving quickly forward, I did not change my intake. I still used a great deal moisturizing & cleaning my face. By now I feel like I have a new face. Almost every wrinkle is gone or much less pronounced. The texture color is uniform. I am not stark white.

But I feel like I look like I have New skin. I've never felt my face feel this way to the touch.

I am convinced that what I experienced was the detoxification of my facial skin. There were 2 patches the looked like there were blemishes but they are gone. The places where I was exposed to the sun are gone. My face is uniformly, healthy white in appearance. I am saying it that way because I want to make a distinction between ghostly white, unhealthy white & this. I guess that's what they call dewy skin.

So at first I thought it concerning to see triangle areas of my skin looking like it alway has.

I still plan to talk with my primary care physician to be sure I do no harm to other systems. I am more careful about how much I ingest but I am still using coconut oil in place if the usual Nivea lotion I normally put in my face.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Or similar?

Anyway I wanted to share that.

ORGANIC apple cider vinegar: for facial toner . 1 part to 2 parts filtered water. works better than any other cleanser/ toner I've bought (even ones up to $120) or mixed myself. clears up acne, hives on skin during allergic reactions.

use to treat warts- apply with soaked cotton wool ball dilated but strong as you can handle. I use the toner or I'm feeling brave, 1:1 with water. warts fall off and don't return after two sessions or a cpl days.

great for digestive Complaints

it also clears infected tonsils within a day if you gargle it doesn't 30 secondsat least three times I day- after Meals. helps with gum disease and bad breath.

too many reasons to love it. tonnes more uses. and zEro side effects!! Natural and affordable.

Turmeric Mask Doing Wonders For My Skin!

April (Greenville, Sc) on 06/16/2016
5 out of 5 stars

I'm 42 yo and in the beginning stages of menopause. My skin is changing...dry patches, redness, acne, etc. I made a mask of turmeric, coconut oil, honey and ACV and left it on for 20 mins. After removing, my skin felt like a baby's behind! Love this mask!!

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Splash of ACV

Mix well, wearing a disposable glove, apply with a cotton ball to minimize dripping. Leave on 20 mins. Rinse with lukewarm water only, no soap and pat dry. Use facial tissues to remove any excess turmeric.

Note: I had an open, very painful, acne sore on my face when I applied this mask. After removing, the pain was gone and the redness reduced. The next morning it had healed/improved by 50%.

Aloe beats expensive moisturizers.....

I have had a noticable difference within three days of washing my face two to three times a day with black soap..then I apply aloe and leave it set for two minutes...then cool rinse...OMG I'm loving the results...I am caucasian... 31 years old... Sun lover...hormonal acne, fine lines from dryness... My acne is speed healing...what would normally take two weeks to heal...is taking four days. My fine lines on my lower cheek have diminished greatly. At the same I have added flaxseed oil..chorella.. And collagen ... We are a almost vegan family, gluten free lifestyle, I work out four times a week.... Yoga, body weight exercises... No drinking, a little green smoke....super in love. Super happy.

I diluted apple cider vinegar with green tea and took ACV capsules for two days. My post menopausal skin never recovered from chemo. Skin was red spotty and sore. Two day later the improvement is amazing. I just wipe the acv/green tea solution overy my face with a cotton wool pad. Takes seconds makes fantastic changes in no time at all. x

DMSO and MSM For Skin Rejuvenation

Inana (Germany) on 04/25/2016
5 out of 5 stars

I have started using MSM internally for about three weeks now and after learning that it is made from DMSO, I also ordered DMSO and decided to use that topically. As it is liquidy oily it seemed to me to be an ideal ingredient for some skin treatment since I have very dry skin.

I have started the following regimen a week ago:

In the evening I put a few drops of 70 % DMSO on a little cotton ball and put on my face and neck (which I clear with 1:1 organic ACV beforehand). After the DMSO application I immediately follow with putting a few drops of Organic Seabuckthorn Oil (be careful with your pillow, it is a bit orange). I apply that with one very clean finger and massage it in a little. Then I sleep. The next morning all it totally absorbed and the skin feels soft and smooth. I clean it with wiping it again with 1:1 organic ACV and then leave it alone. Do that 2 nights and give one night a break and then continue.

I have not had such smooth and baby-like skin in decades. Also the drinking of MSM makes a great combination to nourish the skin with sulfur from the inside. I am going to use this regimen for my hands as well. As for the rest of the body's skin I will try other oils such as organic Argan Oil or Hemp seed oil as the Organic Seabuckthorn Oil comes in a small bottle and is more expensive.

Would love to learn about who else has had rejuvenation experiences with DMSO and MSM.

I've had acne problems for years.. I'm 46 now and until 2 months ago I was struggling to control break outs!!! Since I started this regimen....I don't feel the need to worry about my skin anymore. Though the only thing that's left now is pigmentation which I can already feel is lighter...I'm hoping that goes away!!

Grapeseed Oil for Skin

Recently I got a terrible rash from an allergic reaction to antibiotic. Everything I put on my face stung terribly. I tried Grapeseed Oil (with Vit E) and it calmed down within 12 hours. Usually I am battling rosacea but I've kept using the GSO 2x a day and I have no signs of it after a week. Redness, bumps and flakes are gone. Plus my skin is softer and smoother than ever. I think I may be able to stop using the topical Rx I've been on for the last 4-5 years too. I'm going to try it on my body skin and in my netti pot next.

Facial Beauty Oils/Moisturizer

Che (Roxas City, Philippines) on 04/01/2015

Hi everyone, I'm back with my new formulation recipe for beautiful skin. I've tried this for quite a long time and it's actually one from among my beautiful skin secrets. I've tried several combinations in the past but this one seems to be the best. It made the other heavy oils lighter and burning effects of some oils we're eliminated. It's lighter and smoother on the face. It is anti fungal, anti-bacterial, anti microbial. It's a very good moisturizer, it will make your face really glow.

I combined: 150ml castor oil, 150ml sunflower oil, 150ml VCO, 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, 10 drops of rosemary and Vitamin E. Try it and let me hear how this works in you.

Apple Cider Vinegar Toner Made My Skin Dry and Dull

Julienne Mark (Uae) on 11/13/2014
0 out of 5 stars

I have read that organic apple cider vinegar toner will make your skin at its best if not perfect. It will balance the ph level of our skin, alkaline and no pimples, glowing and other good benefits to skin.

I never had acne in my life but when after weeks of detoxifying my body, cystic acne came out all over my forehead. I read a lot of testimonials online about its good effect on our face and to acne, so I bought a bottle of organic apple cider vinegar. I am supposed to dilute with water but I applied ACV undiluted on my forehead every night. My acne cleared and left me with scars. It was difficult looking at my skin like this. All people would notice my forehead. I thought it will make my skin nicer than it was so I applied ACV toner this time I mixed 50/50 of ACV and water mixture every night.

But to my dismay, all the good things I read about ACV Toner from people who have tried it never happened to me. In my 22 days of using ACV toner and organic coconut oil as moisturizer, my cheeks became red looks like I have mild rashes, uneven skin tone on my chin looked black to me, my pores are still there and it's creating a dot dot red, acne scars didn't fade. My skin on my face looked very, very dry and it looked dehydrated, dull and old.

Now I stopped using the toner. I thought of putting more water to my mixture but I am afraid to use it again. I am trying to heal my face with organic honey as my facial wash and nothing else.

I feel like I am the only one who had these reactions. Maybe I should not use this since I don't have acne. I wanted to use this to balance my ph level on my face since I've used so many chemicals on my face before. Should I really stop using ACV toner?

Water to Hydrate Skin

Guin (Memphis) on 10/10/2017
5 out of 5 stars

For skin, try drinking more water along with applying aloe and vit E liquid. Keeping your skin hydrated will hide smaller wrinkles, and for the acne try an herbal rinse, using herbs that have anti-bacterial qualities. Try not to use any harsh chemicals on your skin, and use a gentle exfoliator (spelling?) every couple days, less is you have sensitive skin. I use brown sugar in hazelnut oil, with a bit of lemon or lime juice mixed in. You can add a tiny amount of your facial wash to help prevent too much oil sticking to your face. I hope that this works for you as well as it works for me!
