Had to post this, RLS for 20 Yrs plus, decided to supplement with vitamin C 5 grams a day, leaving the 2 grams 2 hrs before bedtime. I now understand we're all severely defietcet our whole life, just getting by with the MOST important nutrient for WELLBEING. Think about it. And my shaking right arm almost normal, WOW. Getting better, better on so many issues. Please share love and light, C M
