Selenium deficiency and anemia appear to the biggest factor of candida or ringworm. Silver mercury filling can deplete the body of selenium, zinc. This can lead to fungal infections.

Iron folic acid, b12 deficiency lead to anemia that can cause fungal infection.

I took:

  • 200mg selenium 3 times a day
  • zinc 50mg 2 times a day
  • folic acid 3 times a day
  • iron 1 a day
  • b12 3 times a day.

It doesn't take long for it to work.

Too much copper in the body can deplete selenium also causing fungus growth.
