This past Sunday around 8:00 a.m. I found an ugly, red rash on the upper part of my left leg. It was the size of a half-dollar. I had already decided to start taking a mixture of molasses, acv, and baking soda for my arthritis. I started that morning at 9:00 a.m. with about 1 tsp. molasses, 1 tbs. acv, and a pinch of baking soda in a glass of warm water. At 10:00 a.m. my husband gave me an anti-fungal creme for my rash. But, to my surprise the ugly, scaly rash was gone. The only thing I did in that two hour period was drink the molasses, acv, and b. soda. I can't believe it. I will continue to use this "tonic" for my arthritis and see what happens with that. I love this website and learn something new everyday.
