Alright, so I have terrible PMS. I have even contemplated whether or not it was as severe as PMDD. Those who think PMS or PMDD are made up by women to get out of things are incredibly ignornant. I wouldn't wish my feelings of moodiness, depression, and lack of motivation of any women, let alone anyone. I've been an avid user of ACV for a variety of aliments but over the past few months have stopped use. (what a mistake) This year, from what I can recall, my PMS took a really bad turn for the worst. My poor family and boyfriend probably didn't know what was really going on. As much as I tried to be positive and happy, there was just something in me that couldn't keep faking it.
