This is what I did. I had cold sores my whole life. I bought Hulda Clarkes book, took a bottle of Krogers Wormwood combination and made her Zapper (now you can buy them online). The Wormwood made me have an outbreak on the right upper lip which is when I zapped. After zapping 3 times the cold sore went away and then another one came on the left upper lip. I continued zapping until they were all gone. I haven't had a cold sore since. Best thing I ever did.
