Narcolepsy: One thing I found to work amazingly well which surprised me was Red Marine Algae Plus. It makes me extremely clear headed and at ease. I just take the recommended dose, though I should note that it does contain beneficial sulfur so if you have improper sulfur oxidization problems or allergies be careful. Though the levels of sulfur are quite low and are very beneficial, similar to MSM.

I am a mother of 3 young boys (6yrs, 4yrs, and 13 months ) I've never felt well, but over the yrs it's gotten worse. After the birth of my 3rd son things got unbearable! There where days when I was so exhausted I hurt, my hands wouldnt work, blurred vision, migraines etc. As you can imagine that was less then ideal. So I was sent to several specialists, which in itself was annoying. Finally after yr of waiting and countless tests I was diagnosed with narcolepsy. My symptoms weren't the usual ones because ive probably had it since I was a teenager. In my mind, id receive some type of diagnosis and the Dr. Would give me a 'magic' pill...... As it turned out that was infact NOT the case! Though the medication did help some, it didnt help with several things. The 'brain fog' was unbearable, I hurt all over, headaches, and so on. So I started looking for natural remedies to go along with the medication. Though narcolepsy on its own cant be cured, I figured I could start trying to work on individual symptoms. Ive been working on changing my diet, and Ive been seeing a chiropractor. A cpl weeks ago I decided to try ACV and honey. Every site had something different to say. So I started taking 2 tbl in warm water with some honey after breakfast every morning. It hasnt been life changing, though like everything else it takes time. I have noticed that the brain fog is lifting. I did find it ironic that one of the things acv is used for is acid reflux, because its been causing some serious tummy acid for me. I did my homework, I dont take it on an empty stomach and I dont drink milk before or immediately following. So I wonder if it has something to do with the brand? Also I wonder if im taking it correctly? Il continue to use acv like I said its been a short period of time and I am noticing a difference. Does anyone have any suggestions?

p. S. It also makes me awfully burpy. I dont appreciate that, but my sons think its hilarious!
