My PT confirmed a Morton's neuroma. Trying to put more weight on the right foot to take the pressure off the left, the right foot began feeling bruised. Stopped at the chiropractor this morning. He asked why the hobble. He poked around and noticed it was a fallen metatarsal. He adjusted, a big pop, and amazingly walking hasn't been causing the electrical current zipping from the top of the foot to the toe. Will still take it easy, ice, iodine, arnica (pellets and cream), and Voltaren. (Perhaps it wasn't a Morton's afterall, but love my chiropractor; he's not the powerful brute type, but a gentle manipulation that has worked on many ailments.)
