If you suffer from uncontrollable, intense, itching biting, burning feeling all over the body and it is worse at night, it may be the liver . Ask the doctor for a full Liver work up. Itching may be a sign is of a deeper underlying problem and you want to know the cause of it so you can cure it. I know from experience I had itching I took high doses of Vitamin C to get rid of the itching, but there was a reason for the insane itching my body was telling me something! Silly me.
