Cool Rinse for Anal Itch

Anal Itch: Cleaning the anus and area around it with clean water after I have gone to the toilet has help me from itching for the last 4 years. Just plain clean water. Does not have to be warm or hot. I think that too much acid in my poop had a lot to do with my problem
