Heel Spurs:

It's hard to believe, because it's so simple, but 3 gals including myself healed heel spurs by taking Vitamin B6, 225 mg, once a day for 2 weeks. Also my Cousin has Plantar Fasciitis, and after the 2 weeks told me it was 80% better.

Can't hurt to try it?
