I looked up photos of vestibular papillomatosis and it's exactly what I have. Symmetrical pearly little bumps that are in ripples. Apparently GW is different in that they're in clusters often spreading from a centre wart and has a cauliflower appearance. GW can appear anywhere in the genital area. VP only occurs in women in the labia majora and minora. It does not appear white under vinegar.
The bad news is there is no remedy for VP. ACV helps with irritation. I just thought I'd share this information because for most of my life I've questioned whether I have GW even though it wasn't physically possible.

In desperation, I finally discovered a recipe for EGCG cream - mix the contents of one 500 mg capsule with 1 oz of shea butter. Apply 2 - 3 times a day in a thin layer on the affected area. Worked like a charm, no pain, no irritation, everything gone. Any time I have any kind of warts, I use this cream, totally disappears within days.

My warts have never come back and I did this in 2012. Of course everyone is different. Good luck ð¤!

Well, I’m coming in late to this game but I want to say thank you to everyone for the input. For two months I’ve been suffering and my OB/GYN has just been not helping finally I stumbled across this forum and started trying the Apple cider vinegar and literally two days later they already started to heal ♥ï¸

1. The best result I had was from a dermatologist burning them off with heat (not freezing them off). After burning them off, the dermatologist applied some sort of acid to the area for a few seconds. This was painful, but 100% effective. In his words "it's all about 100% cellular destruction of the infected cells". Which is why he burned them off plus acid. Note, burning them off without a doctor is not something I'd try.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar + home freezing kit takes care of most of them, but occasionally they came back. For me, it's about 90% effective.
3. Freezing them off is what has been the least effective, like it hardly works is expensive and hurts. I'll never try this again.
My current home remedy is clean the area, then swab down with ACV for a few minutes, then use the freezing kit, then dip a piece of cotton in ACV and tape in place for a few hours. I repeat this daily till its gone. After its no longer visible I continue applying salicylic acid to the area for a week just in case there are a few infected cells hanging around that I can't see. Hope this works or else its back to the dermatologist.

first week- cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, then applied organic "mother" apple cider vinegar (brags brand from Sobeys) with a cotton ball and a bandaid for the night only. In the mornings id clean with hydrogen peroxide and reapply a little bit of Apple Cider Vinegar with a q tip then leave un covered and go to work. I did notice the wart turn super white and after a few days a few black dots. Super swollen, wart looked twice as big.
week 2- the white stuff is very slowly peeling off, no more black dots just white with a very swollen bump. The wart cracked a bit from jerking off and I stopped treatment and use polysporin. Continued treatment a few days later.
week 3- the results were still really slow, so I upped the treatment. I found the hydrogen peroxide was really harsh so I stopped using it all together.
New method- clean wart in morning with soap and water, dry and pat dry out the water (kind shrinks after draining the liquid) then I apply apple cider vinegar with a q tip for about 5 minutes til the wart soaks it up and gets big again. The I fold toilet paper and soak that and apply it to the wart and bandage it up for the day. After work I repeat the cleaning, soaking, and bandage until bed time where I do it all again.
now the wart is finally shrinking, more and more white is removed every morning. Theres some blood showing up which is making me happy. I'm going to keep doing this method until I see no more white when I apply acid.
I almost gave up treatment thinking the wart wasn't responding because of how swollen it was, I'm glad I upped the treatment, once that whitewashed away I knew it was working. Dont freak out if your wart swells up, it's full of acid and its part of the process. I wish I could share pics of my progress because I was seriously confused about when to stop treatment. I haven't stopped treatment yet but I'm hoping a few more days of this and ill be ok, still no scab.
Reading the stories from this forum has really helped me through this, thank you everyone who wrote about your experience. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I developed severe anxiety and lost about 10 pounds. I had no appetite and worried constantly, had the shakes. Finally seeing progress after 3 weeks has me hopeful.
Ill give and update in 2 more weeks

Just put a little polysporin on the spot and wrapped it and went to bed.. There was a small crater where it was but after the swelling went down from the ACV treatment you couldn't even tell where it was or that it existed. Never came back. I'm a healthy guy, eat healthy. Sure that helps. So, bummer. I found this tiny bump in another spot and put some ACV on it, and that tiny bump has grown into a huge white spot ....again. Like its hiding Guess round 2. But at least I know its going to work and when its gone, it's gone.

I tried apple cider vinegar on my warts but to my surprise, it didn't work. I then tried aloe vera gel and they're now finally going away

Here's what I did. I kept a small container near the toilet and I put little pieces of rolled up cotton in the ACV. I'd take one out and put it directly on the wart. I know this is graphic but here is where it was. The wart was on my labia major but almost on a fold that turned into the labia minor. It was a weird spot. I'd arrange the cotton on the wart and then fold my labia to cover it and hold it there for however long it would stay there.
It kinda burned and felt uncomfy but I kept up with it. The dimensions got smaller within a few days. By day 5 I couldn't feel it anymore but I continued to put ACV on the spot because I felt there was perhaps a bit more under the skin. So far so good!! All gone. I had a wart removed from that same spot 6 yrs ago... so it seems it is a reoccurring virus.
I did try tea tree essential oil during the first round but the TTO did not make such fast gains as the apple cider vinegar.

At my first visit the lady froze everything she believed to be a wart, and has told me to come back next week but I’m very proactive and I do believe in home remedies so I have been having baths with apple cider vinegar Teatree Bicarb of soda and castor oil and soaking for as long as I can I’ve also been putting raw Braggs apple cider vinegar directly onto my vagina with a cotton wool pad and leaving it on for about 15 minutes. (Yes I have burnt myself!)
The first tiny wart that I found has now dropped off, the second one is looking a bit sick but I came up with some new tiny weenie little pinhead ones that have now disappeared, clearly because of the a ACV! I now think I’ve come up with one on my anus which is lovely!!! But to be honest I am not letting this get me down and you shouldn’t either. It’s just warts! It’s not the end of the world they will go away and your immune system will suppress the virus eventually and you will not pass it on! Chickenpox is a virus when you catch it you are extremely contagious but your body fight the virus and suppresses it and even though you will have that virus for the rest of your life you will not pass it on, genital warts is exactly the same principle!! I am literally 2 weeks into my experience and I’m determined to stay positive I will get rid of these little fuckers and then get on with the rest of my life! And even at the ripe old age of 51 I’ve learnt a very important lesson, to respect my body enough to only share it with someone I really really care about, Because that one shag for fun was absolutely not worth all this!!!!
Good luck my lovelies, and stay positive! Xx

P.s I kept it short but bear in mind that you are not alone. I was very depressed and took anti depressant pills. But, know I know that GW are almost gone, it feels like I have a brand new vagina in 2 weeks treatment. Best of luck!
