I was diagnosed in 1985 with GH, I have found that Echinacea has reduced attacks to once a year. When I get the first signs of an attack I take 20 drops in water 3 times a day, after 2 days its gone. I have also noticed that attacks are very much related to stress and that daily meditation has helped me a great deal in reducing attacks.

Echinacea help to stop outbreak of herpes. It was mainly used for flu-prevention, then my dust mite allergy is gone and genital herpes seems to be history.
