I am seeing miraculous changes in my body. My belly used to be bloated like 3rd trimester - since I have 4-5 really large Fibroids measuring 20 cms
Since I started BSM 10/21, my belly has shrunk to 1st trimester - my pelvic area feels light. I don't have have the really ugly bloating, my belly is now soft. My energy levels are up and I will be resuming my sporting activities in 2 weeks - something that I have not been able to do for the last 9 months since the Fibroid increased in size from 18 - 20 cms. I can clearly see and feel that my belly has shrunk and the uterus and stomach look more normal than when we have bulky Fibroids. I plan to take a test end Dec and will post my results. I think that the BSM 1 spoon AM and 1 spoon PM in warm water (used Aunty Patty's brand) from whole foods, has thinned the endometrium lining and this has straightaway shrunk the belly. My body feels like it was 7-8 years back when I did not have Fibroids. I can walk, run and work - earlier I had no energy for anything.
1.BSM can coat your teeth since it has iron - if it bothers you please use a straw to drink it
2.BSM has high traces of copper - for me this makes my black hair go white because high copper can do it. I take Kirkland's Calcium Magnesium Zinc tablets to counter the excess copper
Please ladies, I am trying to get onto as many blogs and you tube videos to spread this message because nothing has worked for me last 8 years since I got Fibroids. Please pass on this message to as many people as possible because I am seeing very clear definitive improvements in my belly, uterus, flow (now scanty) and overall energy and lightness of the pelvic area
Payal (California ) on 10/21/2018:

Hello to all the women suffering from Fibroids, I have 5-6 very very large fibroids and my uterus is 20 cms - I was OK with life till it was 18cms but after it increased to 20 cms life has been unbearable - I am even more tired, fatigued, look like I am in 3rd trimester and hair loss etc etc.. My periods are heavy but they last max 2 days - I started using VIT B6 100 MG daily - even during periods to reduce the flow. It helped a lot..but we may need to take more than 100 mg during periods if the flow is heavy and this causes temporary tingling and numbness in the feet which will go away once you stop B6 for a day. I don't want to go in for surgery so am desperately looking for a CURE.
I read about BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES AND STARTED UNSULPHURED BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES YESTERDAY - I got my period today AND I cannot believe it - its lightest of the light, I don't feel bloated, heavy tired, I am not sighing and groaning as I normally do. I have started taking 1 spoon AM and 1 spoon PM with warm water and I have just taken 2 spoons - MY UTERUS IS SINGING - my body can feel the difference. I have read 2-3 firm testimonials of women who cured and dissolved their FIBROID TUMOURS with Blackstrap Molasses. I can confirm that with 1st 2 spoons my UTERUS is singing, my periods are the lightest ever and I am sitting down to share this - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RUSH AND GET A BOTTLE OF UNSULPHURED BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES AND TAKE 2 SPOONS A DAY AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF AND REPORT progress. BSM is very very rich in IRON, and a host of antioxidants and VIT B6 which increases progesterone. 1 IMP matter to note here and all women will already know this - if you take any IRON supplement, your periods will end up much more heavy hence I always avoided iron supplements and used to rely on beet juice, carrot juice, wheatgrass juice and lots of VIT C. Now I am using only BSM because it has all the IRON a woman needs. If you wish, only if you wish you may add carrots, beets, aloe vera juice to your drink. I don;t
I am using only BSM and it has come as a life saver and a miracle.
I am very very confident that if bleeding is controlled - then it can shrink fibroids. BSM is very very rich in antioxidants and B6 that balance PH levels inside the uterus.
I am NOT taking any other medicines or anything else - I just stopped diary and meat and eggs and continue with vegetables. I was taking VIT B6 but BSM is doing far far far better than VIT B6 so I have stopped VIT B6.
If for some reason it is not working for you - stop and check what else are you taking that is not letting BSM work.. is it birth control pills or something else hormonal. Stop that and continue with BSM
I will share my feedback in 2-3 months if I notice a reduction in the size but the way day 2 has gone, I am very very confident that BSM is doing something awesome to clean up the uterus and the pelvic area.
Please take BSM and continue this thread - I have tried every other remedy last 7-8 years and nothing has worked to reduce Fibroids or the blood flow. The only thing that helped me so far is VIT B6 but BSM is working at a level far higher than VIT B6.
Brand I used was Aunt Pattys Unsulphured Organic Blackstrap Molasses from whole foods for $4.99 for 12 ounces - if you can't get this one, use ANY UNSULPHURED BRAND.
The PH level of the Uterus is somehow magically getting reset by BSM - ls report back - I think anything that reduces the flow and emptying and flooding during periods is the right way to shrink fibroids. It shows that it knows how to handle the ECO-SYSTEM.
Contrary to what most Doctors may not tell you - HEAVY PERIODS puts all women at much higher risk for all kinds of PEVLIC AREA cancers
In fact that's why I started VIT B6 to control and reduce the flow by medication.
BSM has just taken charge of my uterus and I believe it can set right the ecosystem, GOD BLESS, GOOD LUCK, PLEASE PASS THIS ONTO EVERY WOMAN WHO IS SUFFERRING OUT THERE AND IS HAVING FIBROIDS, CYSTS AND HEAVY BLEEDING.
I have gotten my life back.
Thanks,

I read once on earthclinic that blackstrap molasses works wonders for fibroids. I told a co worker about what I found as she was heading to surgery after the holiday's. She was clearly upset as she had grandchildren to support and missing work would have actually hurt her situation rather than helped...she took my advice and took the recommend dose...I lost contact with her bcuz my job with the company was temporary. A year later I saw her at the grocery store and she noticed me with excitement in her eyes, she told me that after taking the blackstrap molasses her fibroids were completely gone...she didn't need surgery after all...needless to saz there's a very happy grandma in San Antonio today!! Lol thanks earthclinic for all the useful information...
Smt (Mumbai, India) on 04/05/2012:

I am extremely thankful to earthclinic. com and all the people who have posted their responses regarding the effectiveness of Blackstrap molasses for menstrual related and fibroid related problems.
I am a working woman aged 50 and had been having a terrible time since the last 5 years. I was suffering from heavy bleeding during my periods which was progressively getting worse by the month.
In Dec 2007 I was told that there was a fibroid in my uterus which was about 4 cms. But the gynec suggested that once I reached menopause there wouldn't be any problem. So I decided not to do anything about it. A year later the sonography showed it to be the same size. So I wasn't too worried. But my periods had become a little more painful and heavy. I attributed it to approaching menopause and still did nothing.
In Dec 2009, my annual health check up revealed that my hemoglobin had fallen to 6. 7 and the fibroid was now slightly larger, around 5. 8 cms. By now I had reached the stage of dreading my periods every month as now the number of days had gone from 5 to 8 with the second and third days being extremely painful. Sometimes the pain used to be so intense that I used to literally faint.
The period after that was one long suffering as now I would have incessant bleeding for upto 15 days at a time. Still, I held on in the belief that menopause would surely happen and I would be free of this torture.
However, the sonography in Jan this year showed that the fibroid (still one in number) was now 6. 7 cms, hemoglobin was 8. 4 (after taking an iron supplement everyday). Everyone, family, friends, office colleagues started berating me for my inaction, urging me to go for a hysterectomy. By now I too had become tired of the constant torture. My life revolved and was governed by when my periods would start and stop.
So finally in March I went to see the gynec to finally resolve the matter. She said there was no way out except surgery.
That was when I googled "how to shrink fibroids naturally". I came upon ur site and was highly encouraged by the responses. But I wasn't sure how I could procure this product in Mumbai. But luckily for me, a few searches and phone calls later I came to know that it is available in Mumbai. I immediately placed an order which was delivered to me in 3 days time.
I started taking it on 10th March. 1 tbsp every morning in a glass of warm water. Today is the 5th of April. My last period had lasted 14 days with extremely heavy bleeding and HUGE clots almost for the entire duration.
This month, my period started on 3rd April. 3 days are over, but I just cant believe this. There has been ABSOLUTELY no pain, hardly any bleeding and simply no discomfort. As if the past few years never happened.
I shall keep you informed of future developments. A big THANK U to all.

I had good luck with blackstrap molasses for my 11cm uterine fibroid for the first couple months that I took it--noticeable decrease in size, better energy, more regular bowel movements. Then suddenly I noticed dramatic changes--marked increase in the size of my fibroid, overall body swelling, skin changes, constipation, hemorroids. I was taking birth control pills at the time and would track these changes according to the week on the pill--week 1 I looked 2 mos pregnant; week 2 I looked 3 mos pregnant; week 3 I looked 5 mos pregnant, and then I'd get my period and all would go back to baseline. After some months of this I noticed that my body stopped going back to baseline and that these changes just seemed to move in and stay. My clothes were no longer fitting, no longer could do yoga, too hard with all that swelling. My MD said that bcp's would not make a fibroid bigger but I thought otherwise.
One month ago I discontinued the bcp's. Guess what happened? My fibroid is GONE! My body is back to normal--the way I remember my body looking and feeling before all this shenanigans started. I see my MD in 3wks and I bet she will be shocked by this outcome. If you're taking bcp's along with any other natural regimen (i.e. Black strap molasses), consider that it may be more foe than friend in your efforts to manage your fibroid. I couldn't be happier to have my old body back! Thanks for reading and good luck to all.

I was diagnosed with uterine cancer, and about two weeks prior to my surgery I read about blackstrap molasses. I started taking in the mornings. Put a teaspoon in a little warm water and filled a cup with organic milk every morning.
After I had surgery, my doctor advised that she found my fibroids were much smaller than she thought. Her words were "It wasn't as bad as she thought. " I don't know if it was the blackstrap molasses that helped them or what, but I think there is no doubt that the molasses is giving me more energy during the day. I am continuing to take it every day, and think I may take it morning and night after I have read many of the posts.

Jess140 (South Coast, Uk) on 11/22/2010:

My husband told me about Blackstrap Molasses about 18 months. I took a tablespoon of the stuff on a few occasions, but was so challenged by the stuff that I didn't persist with it. In hindsight, I wish I had, because my story would be very different today. 18 months on, with 2 blood clots to my leg because of one of the fibroids pressing against the main artery to my leg, a bald patch in the middle of my head, due to loosing so much blood and poor blood circulation to the extremities of my body, and bladder problems due to another fibroid pressing against my bladder, I visited about 30 websites of the benefits/ warnings of blackstrap molasses.
This website was particularly helpful, as a reader went into great detail about caution with the product. That said, the benefits outweighed the risks, so I started on Organic Blackstrap Molasses about 1 month ago. To take into consideration the warnings from this website, I started on 2 tablespoon of Molasses a day in hot water, but after a week, switched to 2 teaspoon per day in hot water; and have settled for 1 tablespoon per day in hot water. This is in contract with those on this website who take 3 tablespoon full a day.
The first improvement was fnding that I wasn't going to the bathroom as often as I have become accustomed to over the last 3 years of suffering with multiple fibroids (4 to be precise and with my uterus the size of a 4-5 month pregnancy). This single change motivated me to be deligent with taking the Molasses. I have just completed a period cycle. This time, instead of 1.5 extremely heavy days of bleeding in 5, I bled heavily for 1/2 day. Instead of changing every 30 mins on heavy days of bleeding. I changed every 2.5 hours. I did have quite a few clots which I have never experienced before. I was wondering could the fibroids be disintegrating. This is speculative, as I am not medically trained. My stomach didn't expand to twice its size during this monthly cycle, but remained the same throughout.
However, my monthly cycle started 4 days early. I don't actually mind, because of the massive improvement experienced. I have in the past lost 1 pint of blood in one period. This month, it was nearly back to where it was 5 years ago. I am really excited about the results and want to share this with every woman out there suffering from fibroids. This has to work for me as an operation isn't an option, because I want children.
Jamie (Burke, Sd) on 07/01/2010:

My mom has just started taking blackstrap molasses to help shrink fibroids. She says she can tell she has more energy but also said that she can feel a little cramping in her lower stomach area. I was wondering if this is a sign that maybe the fibroids are shrinking? I don't want it to be anything serious and was hoping that maybe they are contracting and getting smaller and this is what she feels. Has anyone else felt that?

I have suffered from fibroids for many, many years. My monthy periods were debilitating to say the least. The only thing that worked for me was taking Naproxen and that killed my stomach for the next few days. I had been reading about the black strap molasses and was willing to give it a try. I am so glad I did! The first month I only took it when my menstruation started and felt my cramps had subsided somewhat but the second month I decided to take it a few days before my mentruation and what a difference it made. I feel like a totally different person. I still had to take 1 Naproxen but not 4 or more like before and I probably could have gone without it all together...I will try that next month. As far as the way I consume the molasses, I just add 1 tablespoon to one of my daily green tea servings.

I am 31 female, went to the doctor and was diagnosed with fibroid tumors. I knew that I had some problem in my lower stomach because I constantly had pain when my stomach felt full. The first day of my period always was rough. I don't like surgery, so I went online looking for some natural remedy. I started trying the unsulphur black molasses (1 TB), a little hot water and soy milk. After trying this once daily for two months, the pain has been gone. My periods have become normal again. This also has given me more energy and feeling of less stress.

Fibroids and Black Strap Molasses:
After reading the success other ladies were having, I dediced to try BSM for my Fibroids. The last 2 1/2 weeks, I have been taking Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses first thing in the morning. I take a tablespoon, mixed in about 2 ounces of hot water and about two ounces of 2% milk or soy milk. My cycle started Monday and I am happy to report that I did not cramp for two days like before. I only cramped for a short time the first day. I had one heavy day and did not pass any clots at all. Today is my last day but I'm barely flowing.

I have fibroid tumors, heavy clotting periods and anemia from this. It was horrible every month. I am 49 and every year for the past 5 years my doctor would say "they will disapear when you go through menopause" So my life isn't important now??? I found this web site and read about the Black Strap Molasses. I was sceptical, but was eager to try anything. I put a tablespoon with instant oatmeal every morning. I just had my first cycle since trying this. OMG it WORKS!!!!! No heavy day with clots!!! I can't believe it. I am so excited to tell everyone!
Lisa (Bradenton, Florida) on 11/08/2008:

I've read a lot of these testimonials and after reading so many women suffered the exact same conditions I have I really want to share something in addition to the molassas that really does make a life changing difference.
I too have had anemia problems all my life and they became severely worse when I developed fibroid cysts(myoma). After an ultra sound indicating some extremely large cysts my Doctor advised a hysterectomy was the only alternative in removing the fibroid cysts. I opted to get back with him about that decision. I researched for an alternative cure and what I found was a product called Fibrovan which not only rid me of my fibroid cysts in less then 60 days, but reversed my anemia within the first week. It saved me from having a hysterectomy and rid me of my chronic anemia.
After I rid my body of the fibroid cysts I then started a regular intake of a TBSP of molasses in my tea each morning as my sweetner and I have not had any anemia problems whatsoever in over a year. Mostly I have to give an enormous amount of praise and gratitude to the supplement but...the molasses too is making a difference in boosting my iron.

Diane (New Albany, Ohio) on 04/25/2008:

I am 51 years old and for the past year I have been experiencing very heavy menstrual bleeding.February 29th I was taken to the hospital by ambulance due to how heavy the bleeding was. I was diagnosed with anemia and the ER doc did see something resembling a cauliflower growth on the cervix. I am going to be having pelvic ultrasound and probably other tests this week. During the lapse of time between that ER visit and this apppointment next week I have been out of state taking care of a sick parent and put off tests which I know is bad. I found this website when trying to figure out what I can do to get the bleeding under control until I this is diagnosed. I have been taking 1 tablespoon of unsulphured blackstrap molasses per day from the day my period ends until 10 days beofre another one is due to start. At that point 10 days before and during the period I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 in the early evening. I take it straight and just drink lots of water after. I am pleased to report that the bleeding is probably half of what it was. I have had two realatively easy periods now. The only down side I can report is that my stools are slightly loose and very black by the time I have doubled that dose for 10 days. I am assuming this is from the mineral content. My stools return to normal as soon as I go back down to 1 tablespoon. I would also like to add that long before my periods became so problematic that I had become housebound for the duration I had seen eraly symptoms that there is something wrong. Three years ago I started to have night sweats. Over a period of 3 years I lost 10 pounds without trying. My body composition changed dramatically from very muscular to flacid. I went to my physician who ran tests and found nothing to be wrong. In the years to follow I was going through a very difficult time in my marriage and the stress was unbelievable. I develped a tic in my eye, I started having anxiety attacks. I have had mysterious aches and pains all over and finally my periods became very heavy. I sought help from physicains 4 times over a period of 3 years and all 3 physicians thought I looked too good to be sick and ran just a few tests which did not show any problems. They concluded that it was due to the severe stress and suggested leaving the marraige and getting professional counseling. I know my body and my intuition was telling me there is something wrong but I ignored it probably because I wanted to believe the physicians were right. Now I hope this is not cancer and strictly due to either perimenopause or fibroids. I have periods every month right on schedule every 28 days.

Ailments: Fibroid, eczema and Meningioma (brain tumor)
Remedy: Blackstrap Molasses and Borax Cures
Do they work? Maybe
I have had eczema occassionally for years. I'm not sure of the cause. My dermatologist used to prescribe elocon cream; however, this is no longer on the rx formulary for my health plan and too expensive to purchase without insurance. I began putting 1/4 teaspoon of borax (laundry soap) in 1 liter of water and drinking this while at work. I'm not a water drinker so I rarely finish the whole bottle and don't do it consistently (4 days on and 3 days off) as Ted recommended. Despite this, the eczema seems to be improving substantially. It is no longer itchy and seems to be fading away after about 6 weeks.
I was diagnosed with uterine fibroid tumors in January 2003 and have been avoiding surgery. In 2006, a reproductive endocrinologist advised me that the fibroids had expanded my uterus to the size of someone who was 6 months pregnant. He scheduled me for a myeomectomy (abdominal versus vaginal) which I later cancelled. I wasn't comfortable with the doctor nor did I want to spend 2 months recovering. In 2007, I was also diagnosed with a meningioma on my right optic nerve close to where it intersects with the left optic nerve. Because of the location surgery wasn't possible so I did the recommended 6 weeks of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy. This apparently has stopped the tumor growth but triggered a whole host of other problems (loss of taste sensation, more eczema, hair loss, exhaustion, black spots on my tongue, etc., etc) which is what led me to the earthclinic.com website.
Thanks to Ted and the other contributors to this site, I have found out that my body is acidic (5.9ph) which might explain why I had such a bad reaction to the radiation. In the meantime, I have been trying a few of the remedies with enough success to make me realize that modern medicine isn't always best for every health condition.
I have been taking Blackstrap Molasses since I first stumbled on the website about 5 months ago along with ACV and Baking Soda. I'm not very good at taking them daily since I forget, I have increased my intake of vitamins and supplements. I take a multi-vitamin (after breakfast of instant oatmeal) every workday with the ACV/BS in glass of water(before eating). My GYN prescribed Ponstal to contol the unbelievable bleading during my periods which come about every 21-24 days from the onset of one. I'm still in the phase where I only have about 5 days a month with no bleeding or discharge but I think this is improving. I went through some sort of healing crisis last November and thought I might have to be rushed to the hospital due to the uncontrollable bleeding but since then it has improved. The Ponstal must be taken with food every 6 hours so I generally do that for the first 4 days of every period. In addition, I take about 1-2 tablespoons of BSM in the morning before work and 1 after dinner at night while I'm taking the Ponstal. I seems to be reducing the bleeding and shortening my heavy flow days from 7 to about 4. It is difficult for me to say for sure that the BSM is the reason for my improvement since I'm doing a lot of cures at once. I'm also taking a garlic tincture that someone made for me which is supposed to help dissolve the fibroids (this is garlic cloves with vodka which sits refrigerated for 2-3 weeks, drained and then taken orally with a dropper). I also don't take that consistently either. You are supposed to take 25 drops 3 times a day (after the 1st month where the # of drops vary). I generally only take it in the morning and occassionally at night. To avoid smelling like garlic all day, I brush my teeth with baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and floride-free toothpaste, then drink water with a teaspoon of chlorophyl. I ususally do this every morning before work but have reached the point where it seems to give me gas later on during the day so I'm currently taking a break from the garlic tincture (2 weeks so far) until my stomach can handle it again.
I would really like to know what Ted thinks of my remedy experiments to see if they should be modified in any way. If any of your readers have suggestions, I would appreciate those as well.
Thank you, MB

I was diagnosed with uterine fibroid cysts in Feb. of this year. I decided to take an active role in my health and see what I could do to shrink them(or get rid of them entirely) naturally. My doctor didn't want to do anything about them because I'm 48(he's hoping since I'm so close to menopause they will take care of themselves)and other than some heavy bleeding a day or two of my cycle(which were 9-16 days by the way) I wasn't having any problems, so he just wanted to "watch" them. Watch them do what? Grow? What if I'm NOT close to menopause and I'm one of those women that has a cycle until I'm 55?(It does happen). No thanks!!! I came across this website and decided to try Blackstrap Molasses. It has been a miracle! I have only been taking it for two weeks(one Tablespoon each morning) and my oh my what a change! I had noooo PMS(even my sister noticed I wasn't as grouchy), very little cramping, no bloating, normal bleeding, and noooo clotting! A happy side effect(if you can call it a"side effect")is that my skin is as soft as a baby's bottom. I can't wait until I go back to my doctor next year and he finds NO fibroids! Oh, and I'm not sure, but the few gray hairs popping in around my temple area appears to have slowed.I will take BSM for the rest of my life! I will get back to you after my exam next year!!!!

I sincerely believe that a vegan diet works combat fibroids. I have just started the vitex or chasteberry but have been using normal molasses for quite some time. I had no idea it was useful for shrinking fibroids because I use it to detoxify. A level tbsp. in a glass of hot water first thing every morning. I just have one or two heavy days and I feel more energetic since using the molasses because of the iron content. Also, my breakfast consists of oats, almonds, grounded flaxseeds, raisins etc.

I have been anaemic for the past fifteen years and severely anaemic for the past six months. As I am 55 and in the midst of the menapause I just assumed that I was out of condition and overweight. I couldn't walk up the stairs without being out of breath. Last year on holiday in Florida, I was seriously considering hiring one of the electric scooters to get around the parks. My husband who has spinal arthritis and cannot walk unaided got around better than I did! I have suffered from fibroids for several years and last month my haemaglobin level was 6. My doctor wanted to take me into hospital for a blood transfusion. I said I would try the iron tablets first and see if they would help. I had a scan to locate the fibroids and discovered that I have several and an appointment was made for me to see a gyneacologist on 3/12/08 which I will attend. In the meantime I have been looking for possible cures on the internet and found your site. I have started taking BSM in capsule form because of all the positive feedback from other ladies who suffer as I do. One lady said she could feel one of her fibroids through the wall of her stomach, so I thought I would try to feel mine and sure enough, my husband and I felt one just below my navel. Today, 2/23/08, I cannot feel anything there! It has given me hope that this treatment will work and I will tell the GYN that I want three months to see if the BSM works. If the scan shows the fibroids are still there, I will have to consider an alternative cure but I am confident that the BSM will do the job! Will keep you posted!!

I've had 11-17 day long periods within a 28 day cycle for the past 5 years now due to having a fibroid. I've also been craving ice due to iron deficiency thorough summers and winters!
6 months ago I decided to drizzle Molasses (the normal sweeter one) into my ice-cubes, and what a hit!!! I just did it for the iron, but when I had my first and 2nd periods after that, I noticed that my bleeding was not as heavy, but thought it was just my imagination. The 3rd and 4th months my periods went from 11-17 days to only 6-7 days!!! Almost NO pain, and quite a lot less bleeding, especially after the first initial heavy days.
Then I tried ADDING BLACK STRAP MOLASSES to the normal molasses (1:2). This time my bleeding (the 5th period since starting this Molasses journey) just would not stop!! It was SO heavy and SO painful, day 9 was as heavy and painful as day 2-3, and for the first time in years I had to take pain medication! The only thing I had changed was the Black Strap instead of just the normal Molasses.
Then I remembered that the lady at the health shop said that the difference between Black Strap and normal sweet Molasses, is that Black Strap contains SULPHUR. I then read up about sulphur on the internet, and saw that it acts like an ANTI-COAGULANT (which stops your body from stopping bleeding!!) and can cause strong bearing-down pains, which was exactly what I was experiencing! So I immediately stopped the Black Strap and my bleeding immediately slowed down and stopped within 2-3 days.
This past month I've just been on the normal Molasses, and my 6th period has just ended in 6 days again!! I'm SO glad I've discovered this, and can feel my fibroid getting smaller!
WARNING: Just make sure you don't overdose on Molasses!! It was very easy for me to do since I was already in the habit of eating ice all day, and found that by drizzling Molasses into my ice was so delicious that I would often prefer that over food! I was going through 1 BOTTLE (250ml) every 1-2 DAYS!!!
Molasses is very high in iron, copper, etc. These nutrients in high doses can be bad for your liver/pancreas, etc, and yesterday I was extremely weak, shaky, yelow/green/nauseas, with a temperature, after having had diarhoea for 2 days before (could be a sign of iron overdose). I immediately stopped eating my Molasses ice and feel a lot better today.
I think I'm first going to research and find out exactly how much of each nutrient is in Molasses, and how much is safe to take, so that I don't overdose and cause some serious dammage... (Scary!!)
But over-all I'm feeling amazing (before yesterday!) and everyone is saying how much better and healthier I'm looking!
I would like to know though, if most people here are calling 'normal' Molasses: Black Strap Molasses???

i just found this site tonight. my dr wants me to have a hysterectomy, but i won't. i know that it is an unecessary surgery. i have like 10 fibroids. i timed my bleeding to the minute. i can soak up a superplus tampon and pad every 30min for 8hrs, day 1. day 2 its every 2hrs then day 3-5 normal. i rarely have cramps. i thought my case was bad until i heard about people being on their periods for 2 plus weeks. i asked my dr to let me try the pill, which he really didn't want me to being that the pill feeds the fibroid and makes it larger. anyway, the pill worked just a little, such as bleeding every hr for 8hrs instead of every 30 min.... i had to switch pills because my insurance accidentally found out that they gave me the wrong type. when i switched, it gave me an allergic reaction; switched again, still a reaction (made me break out in bumps/hives) was taken off until i go to my next drs appointment. i think the pill is still in my system because now i will break out in hives out of the blue, put benadryl on it and it goes away. i just found a site today that said 200mg of ibuprofen every 4-6hr will slow it down by 25-30%. i have been taken it every time i change my tampon which appears as if it works because i change every 1-2 hrs...(hope i don't OD) i am about to get off of work. i hope that ___ sells the molasses. i hope it works. glad i ran into this website. will keep yall posted.

I am 50 year old female in excellent health I have been taking ACV for a year and half have lost 38 1lbs without having to diet and my skin looks great I sleep well at night and no longer suffer from depression or any digestive problems. I have lots of energy and look 38 instead of 50. My whole entire Family takes Vinegar I take it 3 times a day before 15-30 min before meals.
I have 3 Fibroids tumors the largest one is now giving me problems, prolong bleeding during my cycle which is still regular and comes every 21-28 days I still ovulate too. I saw info on your site about blackstrap molasses. I just started taking a Tablespoon 3 times a day a week ago and have notice some changes. I am not bleeding now and I sleep better at night I am hoping the BMS shrinks the Fibroids ASAP the one is pressing on my bladder is causing me to have incontinence which is very embarrassing if I am out and can not get to a restroom I have had accidents. I have referred my friends and family to your site for help. Thank you for the info on Blackstrap.

I have been taking BSM for about two weeks now--and am keeping my fingers crossed that something wonderful is going to happen. The possibility of surgery to remove my fibroids totally scared me. I was scared not bec. I didn't want to remove the fibroids, but bec. I knew that there was a better way to handle the problem. Additionally, my doctor kept telling me that he was 90% certain that he would be able to remove the entire fibroid throught surgery; however, not once did he mention that the surgery indeed guaranteed that the fibroid would not grow back once removed. Luckily I discovered the BSM through this site and have been taking it since. The everyday bleeding has ceased, and I can finally say that I had an almost normal five day menstral flow. After all of the intense bleeding--when the initial bleeding began on day one--I was so scared that I was going to bleed so heavily. Now, I am confident that next month, I will have a normal flow. My rec. to anyone is---schedule regular/routine sonagrams. Don't let anyone talk you into surgery until you are completely certain that the fibroids are indeed in your way or are not shrinking. Last but not least, I just would like to greet everyone and highlight the fact that being able to share our thoughts/feelings/experiences on line like this is simply priceless. We are able to communicate and we are able to enlighten--what a powerful TOOL!!!

This stuff works! I have suffered badly from fibroids for about 3 years now. I have tried alot of remedies to no avail. I was scheduled to have a myomectomy. Then I came across this site and started taking the blackstrap molasses in September 2007. Three tablespoons a day every single day. It has a horrible taste, but it is SO worth it. Immediately, I noticed a tremendous change in my bleeding. I would almost hemorrorhage, but now it is almost a normal flow. I was absoutely amazed! I had been praying for a a natural remedy and I think I have found it. It has also helped tremendously with my anemia. Previously, I had been to the hospital 3 times because of fainting spells. I have also totally changed my diet and only eat natural foods now and I get foot reflexology treatments done once a month. Also, saying the Lord's Prayer 15 times daily is good too.(If you're religious or spiritual). I have made alot of progress, but I still get hard cramps, but my periods are about 70% better than before. Ladies, just try it and give it chance, because it truly works!!!!

I have been using BSM for fibroids and anemia for about aweek. The difference is amazing, I have energy, no bleeding and my stomach has gone down quite abit. I have been trying to loose weight in my stomach for the last 8 yrs and no luck. The whole time it has been the fibroids. In July I started doing Ionic foot detox and the fibroids became more apperent. It Works!
