My Uncle (87 years old) has been complaining about waking up ever 45 minutes and have to pee. I told him to start drinking Tart Cherry Juice. We got him afew bottles and he has been drinking it in the morning and before bed. Today, 1 ½ month later he has called me twice today to thank me for putting him on the tart cherry juice. It has changed him life. He said he sleeps thru the night without getting up to pee. And he is able to empty out his bladder in the morning.
Why it works:
Preliminary research suggests that a natural compound in cherries might help people who suffer from arthritic inflammation, gout, and because of the fruit's high anthocyanin levels, cherries may have a role in preventing prostate cancer, the leading cancer in men in the United States. Packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, tart cherries can help maintain urinary tract health, prevent infections, and support kidney function.
Cherries, contain powerful anti-inflammatory compounds known as anthocyanins. Chronic inflammation can contribute to various urological issues, such as bladder infections, kidney problems, and discomfort in the urinary tract. By consuming cherries, you may reduce inflammation, helping to alleviate symptoms associated with these conditions. https://desertskyurology.com/blog/how-cherries-can-support-urological-health-benefits-and-uses/

One thing that helps, to not get up 2-3 times a night to pee, what I have been doing and it works. Is to take 1 Tbsp of olive oil, and 1 Tbsp of honey, before bed. I don't drink any thing after 8 PM and just pee before bed time, they around 5-6 Am when I get up. I used to get up 2 and sometimes 3 times at night. Now I sleep straight through all night. It was after the second to 3 day, and I do it every night now, works for me hope this help you :)

I have been taking a tablespoon of molasses in the morning and right before I go to bed for the last month. I am sleeping 4 to 5 hours straight with a much stronger stream. Might even help you in the ED department:)

These juices are very acidic, and many people are put off from using them. Pity, as they are very effective for urinary, prostate, and many other problems.
Most users resort to loads of sugar to make them palatable, but that's a mistake. Sugar is nobody's friend. Cranberry cocktail is just loaded with sugar, which cancels the health benefits of the juice. You can find unsweetened straight cranberry juice at most stores.
So here's what I do. Dilute! I Have a 1 pint mug. Adding juice of a half a lemon, or a tablespoon of ACV or cranberry juice to a pint of water makes a pleasantly tart drink you can sip all day. If that's still too strong, dilute some more. You need the water anyhow.
Another problem cure is blackstrap molasses. Many find it too bitter. Again, dilute. For my coffee and many other uses, I cut it 50/50 with honey or maple syrup. Then it's delicious. Think ginger bread, or licorice candy. Part of their flavor comes from the BSM diluted with the other ingredients.
Don't miss out on the benefits of any of these powerful foods because you lack the imagination to find a way to like them.

I use gorilla cherry (Prunus africana, the African cherry) daily and within days I saw great results. now im in my 3rd month and my urine stream is strong again. I use to sit or stand and have to wait till I started to urinate. my wife is also happier because my sex drive has increased. There are cool videos out there talking about how there is no prostate isuses with gorillas and the tribes near these trees. I also take 30mg of zinc and 2mg of chelated copper. as zinc is known to deplete copper.

My friend Burt (63) has BPH. As many as 90% of men in their 70s and 80s have enlarged prostates. Many men with BPH have no symptoms. In men with symptoms, the most common include needing to urinate frequently (during the day and night), weak urine stream, and leaking or dribbling of urine. These symptoms are called lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).
I remember a book called “Dead Doctor’s Don’t Lie” by Dr JD Wallach. He said to eat 1 square of a dark chocolate bar every day for the next 2 months to improve urine flow. I told Burt about this so he decided to give it a try.
It’s been over a month now and Burt came over and while we were talking, I asked how his BPH was. He said the dark chocolate daily has greatly improved his urine flow and he doesn’t get up but once maybe twice during the nite now to go too the bathroom which is a great improvement. He is going to continue it for the next month to see if it improves more.
He was pleased with this simple remedy.

First you have to know the cause of an enlarged Prostate. In my case, it was due to calcium oxalate. One needs calcium for strong bones up to about age 30 or so. After that, it is a hindrance. I had complete urinary blockage; and when the catheter was removed after a week, the small kidney stones came out for days.
So in your diet you have to look for low oxalate alternatives. Avoid all dairy that contains cholesterol and calcium oxalates. Avoid all saturated fats, salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and even tap water with high mineral content. Avoid when you can, but otherwise reduce the intake and use substitutes. Various foods and drinks have labels showing levels for calcium and cholesterol content. Not only can these bad substances have a worsening affect on the Prostate, but they are also bad for the heart.
Each day I take zinc, magnesium, and Ibuprofen. I like coffee and drink about 1 -- 2 mugs in the morning. The rest of the day is decaffeinated. Another thing to consider is that cattle are fed antibiotics and growth hormones. This also contributes to an enlarged prostate and possible breast cancer in women. Avoid fast food when possible because it is heavily salted.

I told him that these symptoms are normally seen in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH), but he did not have a medical diagnosis as such. I suggested that he consider trying high dose Grape Seed Proanthocyanidin Extract (GSPE) for its anti inflammatory and antioxidative stress qualities. I asked him to keep me posted on how it worked for him.
He stopped by three weeks later and said he was back to normal! Here is the supplement he took at the recommended label dose each day.
I don't know if this will work for all men, but it definitely did work for him and very quickly!

Firstly, having tried it over the years, Saw Palmetto didn’t do it for me but this time I’ve thrown just about everything at it. The following is a list of what has definitely helped this time.
Flor de Mashua
I feel all of these together have helped BUT, I truly believe the biggest difference has been the thing I have taken these last few weeks, Flor de Mashua, which is made from the flowers of the Mashua plant that grows in South America. This can be bought at Alpha Omega Labs based in Ecuador. A short video about Flor de Mashua by the late, great herbalist Greg Caton can be viewed at GregCaton.com I put a spoonful of this tincture into my nettle root tea as I make it, this helps to steam off some of the alcohol.
One thing I should mention, the prostate enlargement I have had could have been caused by taking too much Vitamin E tocotrienols, taken for my vascular system. In a YouTube video, Thomas de Lauer said that older men should not take too much Vit E because of the possibility of it causing prostate cancer. This I have now reduced to a minimum.
I hope this helps some of you guys out there. Good luck. Aus

Hi all, I'm 67 yrs. old and hadn't had any issues with my prostate until about 3 months ago, started with slower stream and then some burning then constant urge to void and getting up 5 times a night. I tried saw palmetto, nettle, pygeum, and pumpkin seed oil.No effect! ACV helped a little, then I read about bee pollen, propolis and royal jelly, boron, olive leaf extract and their effect on infections and testosterone, it seems that enlarged prostate is part bacterial and part hormonal.
Anyway, this is what cured me.
I then learned that you have to cycle Boron 2 weeks on and 1 week off to prevent your hormones getting out of balance, I've been doing this with no ill effects and you can cut the dosage I'm on 3mgs now. You can take all of these long term as they are all food.
Note: the effects of Boron on testosterone are really amazing. I lost 14 lbs of fat and gained muscle and feel strong.
Hope this helps someone.

Had been having slow urination on and off for a few years...nothing I thought serious... and not a fan of Doctors or drugs. When things got a little more crazy...as in...slower and slower pee stream and having to get up multiple times each night...I then decided to find something natural. First eliminated Coffee and Alcohol (two cups a day and maybe a beer or two a week).
Found this awesome site and tried ACV when I felt bloated in lower abdomen. Took 2 Tbsps of ACV and within the hour noticed all the bloating was gone. I was thinking I may have had a bladder infection. Felt so much better though. So continued ACV 2 TBsp in the morning, then one after/before lunch, then one after dinner. Almost to the one month mark and things have continually improved. Only up maybe twice at night, pee stream is much stronger. Don't have the urge to pee all the time. I also gave up the little bit of sweets I was eating. I eat pretty healthy as it is...but this was an opportunity to go the distance. Also did a 3 day water fast which as seemed to increase my progress (only drank ACV or water...make sure you get some salt too.)
Bottom line....ACV seems to have been the catalyst for cleaning out...possibly bad bacteria/fungi/candida...but cleaning up my diet, especially sugars, is key in my view. Experiment always.

The problem was beginning to impair my life. I couldn't sleep very long and long drives required frequent stops.
I take roughly 2 oz. of fresh lemon juice with a little olive oil twice a day. The formula has definitely changed my life!

Onions are a very powerful cure. If you have a juicer, 4 medium size onions are enough. Prepare yourself --- it is not tasty. Prepare yourself --- you will possibly see a significant decrease in symptoms the next morning --- I did.

The research I did led me to using Cod Liver Oil that was rich in vitamin A, and my prostrate shrunk. This worked for a year or so and then stopped working. More research finally led me to understand that it was zinc that moved vitamin A around in the body and with out zinc, vitamin A couldn't be moved. I took zinc with the vitamin A and for a while again it worked, but again after a year or so stopped working again. Back to the books and more research and I found out that if you take zinc by itself it will create a deficiency of copper.
I added copper to the regimen and since then there's been no further problem.
So my prescription is two tablespoons of cod liver oil, a 50 mg zinc tablet or capsule and a two mg copper tablet.
I hope this is of help to you.

This is how I did it. Firstly, Like everyone else, I did my research. On my condition and on medications, supplements and surgeries. Once I gained all knowledge, I started treating it with supplements.
This consisted of....... Saw palmetto (2 pills 450mg each. Taken morning, noon and night. Curcumin 3 times a day. Lycopene 10mg twice a day..morning and night (with food) L-glutamine powder....one scoop added to a glass of water. Essential Zinc...one pill a day. Apple cider vinegar...two tablespoons per glass of water. ....3 times a day.
This has literally shrunk my prostate. My pee stream is a lot better (85% better) I wake up once now during the night instead of 5 times. My urethra could still be more dilated and am thinking of taking Nitric Oxide for that.
Hope this helps you guys as I know from experience that this condition has also a negative psychological affect.

So sorry, I forgot another important thing that I do for enlarged prostate.
During my research, I discovered a company called “Butt Candy”. Yes, you read that right… lol Basically, they make suppositories that are made with supplements that you put up your butt. They were pretty expensive and I thought, I could make my own. And I did. I thought I should attack my prostate issues from both ends, orally and anally. This is how I do it. Very simple and easy. I use coconut oil (organic only). I use 3 heap tablespoons of coconut oil in a coffee cup. Add the same supplements that I mentioned in my earlier post. All the supplements are either in powder form in capsules or oils, so easy as you just open the capsules and pour into the coconut oil. I also add (which you don’t have to do) black seed oil (about 30 drops) And the oil from Lycopene soft gel supplement. I put in the microwave for about 12 seconds till it melts the coconut oil and you mix everything together then I pour it into silicone Ice tray. Not the conventional square shape, but a shape that will be easy to slide up your Butt canal. Mine looks like a kit-Kat stick shape I’ve tray. Perfect size and shape to slide in. After pouring your solution into the ice tray, place in freezer to set and before bed, slide one in. I believe in combating the problem from both ends. The results have been amazing.

After the 3 doses, you do not take it again until after 10 years. No water should be added to the pounded onions. After the pounding you collect it in a neat cloth and squeeze the juice into a glass and drink on an empty stomach. 8 0nions could be pounded.
