Dynamic Neural Retraining System for Chemical Sensitivity

John (Minneapolis, MN ) on 09/18/2022

Do not believe there is no cure for mcs. I had it for 15 years and was getting worse every day... could smell chemicals from great distances that would rock my world and not in a good way. Isolated from friends, family, and the entire world. Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) $300. program of C.D. and workbook worked for me and many others. After one month, I went into a hardware store and cried when it did not bother me. I Quickly recovered and no longer have any issues.

DNRS is a program that allows one to stop the insidious super sensitivity to everything. Actually your brain is protecting you from future damage caused by an overexposure event to a chemical or long term exposure. That is why so many get nowhere even after changing lifestyle, diet, detoxing etc. Once you understand how to change the 'high alert" that our brain uses to protect us from chemicals, you will go back to your everyday affairs without even remembering how awful life once was. Please please make this the very next thing you check out and do.

Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Molybdenum for Chemical Sensitivity

Royce W (Center, Texas) on 06/23/2021

If you are having chemical sensitivity, you are most likely deficient in magnesium, zinc, selenium. and molybdenum. It is best to take these in angstrom form - liquid ionic minerals. I went to an oriental medicine doctor. I took these minerals twice per day, 20 minutes apart.

I took magnesium and molybdenum every day. I alternated selenium and zinc.

For 2 weeks I took Mg, Selenium, Moly, then Mg, Moly, and zinc.

It cleared up all chemical sensitivity. It took a year.

I also took Jergon Sacha and a liver cleanse to clear out a viral infection that was causing the drain on minerals. I hope this helps.

I have had Multiple Chemical Sensitivity for many years now. Doctors are stumped. My symptoms are: 1) Wedge tight ears (hearing, feels like someone has their fingers tight in my ears) can't hear good. 2) Off balance, not dizzy, just feeling of falling) 3) Extremely dry, burning, bloody spots (small) when I can blow my nose with very little drainage. 4) Get real sick when I smell chemicals. I also have GERD and was told the acid damaged my hearing. (Tinnitus maybe they said) Hearing loss. 5) Smelling is so bad I can't even use difussers with pure organic essential oils. They make me worse. O, how I need guidance to supplements that may help. Anyone? Anything? Please help me.

Two Ingredients You Should Avoid

KT (Usa) on 11/22/2016

Dear EC,

Just thought I would share two ingredients that are on the FDA's GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) list but I believe contribute to a variety of ailments that seem to increase over the holidays just due to combinations. I found them to have caused me a lot of trouble.

One is calcium chloride that is used as a firming additive in fruits to make pies. It is also used in jellies and cheeses to aid coagulation and as a firming agent in vegetables. It has been reported to cause stomach and heart disturbances. It used to be shown in the ingredients of canned carrots, potatoes and tomatoes but is no longer listed in some.

The other is calcium sulfate used as a firming additive, in yeast food and dough conditioners. Used in cement, wall plaster, and insecticides. Because it absorbs moisture and hardens quickly, its ingestion may result in intestinal obstruction. Mixed with flour, it has been used to kill rodents.

These are just two listed in "A Consumer's Dictionary of Food Additives" by Ruth Winter, M.S.

Because our food supply has been unavoidably infiltrated with GMO's I feel this makes 1 John 5:19 so true and in reality there is little difference whether canned, frozen or fresh. For me, the way food is cooked has made a difference.

Dairy cows are being fed GMO grasses and grains. This affects a variety of foodstuff.

Contrails, Chemtrails and Your Health

Robert Henry (Ten Mile , Tn) on 10/29/2016

HI U GOOD FOLKS DOIN,,,,,,,,,, As all know I's SJS and have known of Chem Trails for years but never thought they were important. Yep, they are.

Don't take my word for it, watch the sky for yourself. A jet plane gives off Contrails which is only water vapor and the sky trail disappears in a few minutes. They are a zero. Not so for Chem trails, as they are composed of colloidal Aluminum Oxides that the Hughes Crop patented way back in the '80's to reflect the sun rays.

This is a government project to control global warming. When you get in the morning look to the sky. Normally it will be blue, but soon the chemtrail jets will began to cloud the sky. By night fall, you will see no blue, just a haze. If you have a very bright flash light, shining it toward the sky at night will reveal a that the sky is filled with particles. This is the colloidal Al particles settling to earth. You will breath these particles and they will affect your brain and your lymph system along with plants that you eat, I.e. corn.

Last night, I checked into a sleep study in Cleveland, Tn. The sky was hazy. This morning my car windows were covered. I thought it was just dew. Nope, my wipers could not remove the coating as it was greasy. I had to spray my car windows to clear them.

My research has shown that this Al compound affects your brain and your lymph system as well as the garden we grow every year. All this garbage sprayed into the air has to come home, and it does.

My message is not to take my word, but research for yourself and watch the sky. You ain't dumb and can see this stuff for yourself. I encourage you to do just that.

Out of spit. ======ORH=======

Plastic Causing Many Ailments

Rach (Washington) on 09/29/2015

If I drink bottled water or am exposed to a few breathfuls of outgassing plastic, like new plastic items, I get sick for three days of drowning in my own lung mucus and tingling all over, fatigue, stomachache, pain in my bones, etc. For six years I thought I was sensitive to milk (and juice, and everything else liquid bottled) but when I started drinking organic powdered colostrum, even in large quantities, I get no reaction from it. Not even mucus production problems. But I get excessive mucus production from plastic. I am POSITIVELY SURE it's the plastic. I've tracked my reactions back to plastic so many times...

Toxic Chemical Exposure

Organic Gardener (Louisiana, Usa) on 01/21/2014

During renovation of an adjacent apartment, I was recently exposed to extremely high levels of a VOC, specifically toluene. Prior to this incident, I was very healthy. The exposure occurred over a period of four days. I am now experiencing dizziness, wheezing, nose bleeds, burning inside nostrils, tightness in chest, frequent urination, diarrhea and kidney pain. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hemp Seed Powder and Kelp Powder for Bad Breath / Inhaled Bleach

Anon (Anon) on 12/10/2013

I think I inhaled too much bleach fumes one day. After more than a week of coughing and feeling sick, and having really bad breath, I finally took a few tablespoons of hemp seed powder and a teaspoon of kelp powder in water. Doing that once or twice a day for a few days appears to have solved the problem. It's been a few weeks and the bad breath and sick feeling are long gone. It was probably the kelp more than the hemp seed from what I've read about kelp. Aspirin tends to give me bad breath, too, like it's too strong for me.

Help Requested for Meth Lab Chemical Exposure

111laker111 (Guelph, Ontario, Canada) on 06/06/2013

Hello all, my wife and I have lived above a Meth lab for quite a while and have finally as of this month been able to move. The reason I write now is that we are still experiencing the symptoms from when we lived above the lab though not as intently. The symptoms were pressure in the head mainly the sinus cavities top of the head, dizziness, disoriented, buzzing in feet legs and chest, headaches, memory loss, a feeling like something has gripped the back of your head where the neck meets the skull and squeezed as hard as possible, and ringing in the ears.

My current symptoms are now pressure in the head (mostly sinus cavities headaches, extreme nausea and ringing in the ears which never goes away just gets lower and louder and it's hard to keep food down. I can still smell the ammonia on some of our furnature mainly leather couch and bed I have sprayed them a number of times with 3 parts vinagar 1 part water (seems to have helped a little) I am now hyper sensitive to ammonia. I can't get near our cats litter box without a headache and we keep it clean. My question is will this go away or is it permanent damage and is there anything that might ease these symptoms? I had been eating 600 mg ibuprophens and aceteminaphen to combat the headaches. we were exposed to this 24/7 for a very long time some of the chems I could identify are: Ammonia, Acetone, red phosphoure, and I am assuming ephidrine and phseodoephidrine since they boiled most of it out of some sort of gelcaps leaving a burning rubber smell.

I forgot to mention we had the runs for months till we were finaly able to move also exposed to ether and who knows what other chemicals. It has been a nightmare. Can anyone give me any advice on setting ourselves on the road to recovery? All answers greatly appreciated.

Possible Plastic is Causing Many Ailments?

KT (, The Usa) on 05/22/2013

Been wondering if a lot of ailments here could be caused by foods and beverages packaged in plastic. I feel we have become desensitized to this possibility. There are toxins in the plastic that can leach into whatever is packaged. Especially milk. We only get milk in glass bottles and have had to convert to 2% because of learning what the dairy cows are being fed. There is "microwavable" plastic (which I have never trusted or used). I've NEVER trusted cooking in the microwavable plastic bags. I always use clear glass casseroles. I would just be guessing that a lot of complaints are really caused by ingestion of the toxins in or exposure to plastic but it makes sense to me. I went to a store yesterday that I rarely go to and could not stay in the corner where they had all of the bread. (I was trying to read ingredients) All in plastic and the fumes were just overwhelming. I left with a headache but as soon as I got outside in fresh air the headache went away. Ingredients bring up another issue. Practically everything contains corn and/or soy two GMO's that could be tearing down our ability to resist environmental factors. Just because something is declared "safe" doesn't make it so.

Chemical Sensitivities

Joy (Battleground, Wash) on 05/14/2013

We MOVED and that was stressful and joyous but dehydrating as we worked hard. We got into our new house and my arms and legs were falling alseep with tingling. My brain was foggy and forgetful. I started getting more indigestion and bloating. I thought it might only last a short time so I spread baking soda around and lit some candles, unscented ones. I put a cotton lightweight covering over my head while I slept at night. Days went by as our new home was gassing out from carpets-paint-texture-caulk-plastics-cabinet stains-rubber pad-you name it.

A month later, my tingling was slowing down but my stress was still up depleting my hydration system. My digestion was getting worse and found I had less tolerance to my regular food. Little did I know but it took a tole on my immune system, as sickness in a family can, or even planning a detailed vacation. Nurture yourself, eat right, learn about your body. Water can save you a lot of grief, allergies, sinus pain, body pain, simple truths to be your best everyday and gain some ground on your health.

Love, Joy

Warning

At 50, I've been very lucky to not be afflicted with any allergies but very recently I've started one!!!! I'm allergic to regular laundry detergent which I understand now is common BUT I've also gained another intolerance which seems less common. After using a Cottonelle toilet wipe when visiting a friends house.... I quickly (same day) broke out in a itchy rash. I know it was the wipe because the rash traces where I applied it. At night it's worse of course. As well, any hint of regular detergent (not perfume/dye free) in my underwear or jeans will also cause this itchy rash.

In short, the chemicals in most everyday cleaning products, detergents, toilet wipes are making me crazy not to mention unhealthy. I have since figured out to ACV, epsom salt in a bath to relieve the itch... It really doesn't matter the dosage... Just pour some into your shallow bath water. But more importantly, we all need to rebel/write these product makers and insist they stop putting unneccesary dyes/perfumes/chemicals in our everyday products. I now stick to clear/free EVERYTHING!

Plastic Use Cause of of Illnesses

Francisca (Zug, Switzerland) on 02/16/2012

Maybe some of you are interested in this article.... this has been known for a while but only the risk of cancer, not diabetes and obesity!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2102003/Chemical-used-plastics-food-containers-linked-obesity-diabetes.html

But the bottom line is: the risks are everywhere! We can try to minimize them but it is almost impossible! Maybe you would be interested in reading a book I am reading at the moment: The Great Food Gamble by John Humphrys. The author is British so the book is more about the British reality but in the end the British reality is nowadays, in the globalized world, the reality of many other countries! The book is very well written and will give you a fright, trust me..... Worth reading if you care about the food you eat! Many times I had tears in my eyes! Read and weep.....

I am looking into buying a mattress at the moment and came across an interesting article. Some mattresses and pillows can contain chemicals which may make you feel sick (headaches, allergies, depression etc.)

Here is the article
