I have been dealing with a chalazion for almost 2 years. I’ve done the recommended treatments as well as most of the recommendations here on earth clinic as well as seeing a couple different ophthalmologists: hot compresses, steroid injections more than once, manuka honey, apple cider vinegar, antibiotics, castor oil and heat, and probably other things I can’t remember at the moment. Sometimes the chalazion would go away for a couple weeks and then return with a vengeance. After all of these treatments, my one chalazion turned into another raging stye right next to it doubling my issue.
I went back to when this issue started, my cats nail poking my eyelid. Realizing this was most likely related to bartinella I decided to try Chlorine Dioxide (MMS) dropped into my eye. This is obviously a little bit scary but the recommendation in the MMS book called for 1 activated drop mixed with 4oz of reverse osmosis or distilled water. I would drop 3-4 drops of this mixture into my eye 3 or 4 times a day. At first my eye seemed to get worse, but bartinella is usually protected by a biofilm- it took a few days to kill the biofilm and then it killed the bartinella in my eyelid and it has been healed! The MMS does not hurt, it just feels like water.

I'm not sure if all chalazions are caused by some sort of bacterial infection, but it makes me wonder. I would recommend getting the book ‘MMS Health Recovery Guidebook’ by Jim Humble, it’s really quite the miracle cure for most things. I hope this helps someone!
