Mullein Leaf Helps Bronchitis

I have struggled for years with bronchitis. Mullein ultimately helped a lot along with quercetin and black seed oil (cumin oil).

Now, when I take those combined with ivermectin, I don’t have bronchitis for more than a few days. It’s just making sure I always have it all on hand! I use a powerful mullein tincture (Not Natures Answer- that one didn’t seem to work).

Rob's Garlic Salve for Lung Conditions

Rob (Kentucky) on 09/29/2023
5 out of 5 stars

Here is another recipe for making Garlic Salve.

I call it the “Quick & Dirty Method” and it's super simple to make.

My Aunt & Uncle (80's - unvaxxed) both came down with covid but my Aunt turned into Pneumonia because she won't follow directions and schedule for taking the medicines.

I used this salve along with herbal tinctures (my Cold and Flu Blend) internally and nebulizing colloidal silver/H2O2 to heal my relatives. This garlic salve is commonly called GOOT. It stands for Garlic Oil Ointment Treatment but there are many different recipes being posted on the internet which makes it confusing.

Here are a few basic rules when it comes to garlic. – Never apply raw undiluted garlic or its juice to the skin because it will burn the tissue.

– The Amish consider 2 garlic cloves as being a medical dose which means it has to be strong to be effective.– Garlic is the strongest natural anti-microbial known to man. Garlic loses up to 90% of its healing properties when cooked, so using raw garlic is key!

– Garlic is the most studied herb every. Garlic contains approximately 33 bioactive sulfur compounds, several enzymes and 17 amino acids. Garlic also does something that pharmaceutical antibiotics never do! Garlic can increase your immune system activity.

Studies have shown that it increases the natural killer cells of the immune system and reduces inflammatory cytokines (chemical messengers of the immune system).

– Louis Pasteur 1858 (the father of pasteurization), the well known microbiologist, reported that 1mm of garlic juice killed bacteria and he maintained it was effective even against some bacteria resistant to other factors. It was later discovered that one raw crushed clove of garlic contains the antibiotic equivalent of 100,000 units of penicillin and has been proven to be more effective than both penicillin and tetracycline in suppressing certain types of disease carrying agents. 100,000 Units = 60mg of penicillin.

– Researchers at Washington State University have found that the compounds in garlic are 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics at fighting the Campylobacter bacterium, one of the most common causes of intestinal illness. Their work was published recently in the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy.

Are you impressed yet?

Materials needed:

– one head of garlic (peeled) cost .50cents. I like chinese white.

– one 7.5oz jar of coconut oil (liquefied) cost $1.25 at Dollartree, Butcher Boy Brand.

– an electric blender or single serve smoothie blender is what I use.

Method:

– Place peeled garlic into blender.

– Place coconut oil jar into a warm water bath so the solid coconut oil will liquefy.

– Once liquefied, add coconut oil to blender. Save C/O jar for putting finished mixture back into.

– Now blend C/O and Garlic bulbs together. You want the mixture to be finely minced. No chunks!

– Once blended, pour back into the C/O jar. Any excess oil can be put into a small bowl and used for first application.

Mixture will stay “potient” only for 2 weeks. Make new batch after 2 weeks if needed. It's that simple.

Why does GOOT works:

Coconut oil contains lauric acid that kills fungus, bacteria and viruses. Raw garlic is full of natural agents that help it function as an antibiotic, antiviral, anti-fungal, antiseptic and a germicide. Garlic is also known to be a diuretic which is helpful in combating water retention and helpful in flushing toxins out of the body. Garlic has the ability to be effective against Candida, parasites, and bacteria and viruses when it is applied. In addition, it treats systemic infections by absorption through the skin into the blood supply and travels throughout the body.

This powerhouse combo starts working almost immediately to attack the problem and begin healing the body. GOOT, rubbed into the skin, transfers raw garlic oil directly into the blood stream. Apply on the feet of children or infants to fight infections. Rub on chest for chest colds, cough, bronchitis, pneumonia or rub into and around nostrils for sinus infections. Rub on the soles of feet and put on socks overnite for cough or cold. Rub on sore painful joints since garlic has pain relieving properties, Place on cotton swab for ear infections. Apply directly to sores inside the mouth.

Rub on Athlete's foot or genital area for jock itch. Insert GOOT into affected area for yeast or other related infections. Apply on rashes any place. GOOT kills Candida, parasites, bad bacteria and virus by direct application. Also can be applied on bug bites. It is used as an anti-microbial ointment, and also as a poultice that helps put anti-biotic properties into your bloodstream when you are sick. I have put it on my lips when I have felt a cold sore coming on, and guess what? "no cold sore"....

In addition, it treats systemic infections by absorption through the skin into the blood supply and travels throughout the body. It can be applied to feet, chest, throat, temples, joints or massaged all over the body head-to-toe. Test the oil on a small patch of skin to make sure there is no skin reaction.

This treatment can be applied after a warm bath and left on overnight for maximum effect. Protect clothing, bedding, and furniture from this pungent oil. How to use: Yes you will smell like a garlic bulb….

* Respiratory Infections. Apply to chest, back, side and neck and on bottom feet (then cover with socks) every 2-3 hours as necessary.

* Arthritic joints. Rub into painful joints at nite before bed. * Ear infection. In its melted state, you can put drops into the ear canal and plug with cottonball. Apply it around the outer ear.

* Sinus infection. You can put drops into the nostril. Rub ointment over sinus cavities. Use caution around your eyes!

Chronic Bronchitis

This is the only thing I catch, bronchitis, for up to 4 months at a time. Found out my windpipe collapses while I am sick which makes it very hard for me to breath all those months. For the cough, if you eat 2 bananas a day, every day (with the speckles on the skin is the best time to eat) or you can take NAC supplement, both will work. I have it right now and I found something that will take 80% of the burn in the lungs away…it is not holistic though, have some gout medicine (indomethacin, 25 mg) which works 80% to take the burn away! Cannot find any holistic that can do that so far. I tried the methylene blue breathing in nebulizer, first through mouth but it burned going down so tried by mouth but the taste is terrible, could not do so just doing drops (10 at a time in distilled water with straw). Trying several suggestions on this site to see if it can turn this around, going on my 4th week (doing lomatium and mullein and lots of supplements, h. peroxide). Just adore this site, thank you for everyone’s input!!!

Mullein Leaf for Bronchitis

Mullein Leaf for Bronchitis and Lung Issues

I recently visited Florida for a vacation. Every time I’m there I visit a local herbalist and her shop “Merlin’s” to bounce ideas off of her and her vast knowledge and years of experience.

The subject we were talking about was phlegmy/mucus cough. She suggested Mullein Leaf. Drank as a tea, tincture or steam inhalant.

The ancient Greek physician, pharmacologist, and botanist Dioscorides, recommended the herb for lung diseases of the lung. Mullein is quite beneficial for people afflicted with asthma and bronchitis. Helps to maintain a healthy respiratory system. The fresh leaves boiled in milk and consumed daily is a traditional Irish folk remedy for tuberculosis. You can drink the tea, or can even inhale the vapor of the plant leaves in hot water. It can also be beneficial when you are suffering from nasal congestion. Native Indians even use the dried leaves of the herb to make herbal cigarettes.

My GF has had a phlegmy/mucus cough for about a month now and it sounds like it’s getting worse. I had mullein tincture with me (yea, I carry weird stuff with me to the beach) so when we got back to the beach house, I went thru the kitchen cabinets looking for a pot to make an improvised steaming pot out of. I found a Faberware 1-Qt saucepan with a pouring lip on the edge with a lid (BTW this pot makes the best steamer I ever used).

So I poured 10oz of water into pot, put the lid on and waited til the water started boiling. The steam came shooting out of the lip. I then put 2 dropperful of mullein tincture into the boiling water and quickly placed the lid back on the pot. I had my GF inhale the steam for 5 minutes. Take a break of a minute and restart inhaling for another 5 minutes.

About one hour later, my GF stated her lungs felt open, could breathe better, and not really coughing as before. She did notice she felt dried up.

So, based on this experiment I would say steaming mullein tincture is a direct route to the lungs with fast results.

Old-Time Essential Oils for Bronchitis

Lessons Learned From An 80 Year-Old Nurse

Breathe steam! You can do that just by taking a hot shower, of course. Or pour steaming-hot water into a bowl and lean over it, draping a towel over your head. Inhaling the steam will help loosen the secretions in your lungs.

To make the steam treatment even more effective, add a few drops of eucalyptus or pine oil to the water. Eucalyptus helps to soften mucus in obstructed airways and has some antibacterial properties. (If you want to use eucalyptus leaves, simply boil them in a pot of water, then remove from the heat and inhale the steam.) Pine oil acts as an expectorant, so it will help you “bring up” phlegm from the bronchial tubes.

What did our Grandparent’s use?

From Merck's 1899 Manual of the Materia Medica – Steam Inhalants

List of plant oils uses as inhalants for respiratory problems.

Note: 1 dram = about ¾ teaspoon

  • Eucalyptus oil – Bronchitis pg. 95,1 dram inhaled from hot water eases cough and lessens expectoration.
  • Pine (Pinus Sylvestris) – Bronchitis pg. 95,1 dram inhaled from hot water eases cough and lessens expectoration.
  • Thyme oil (Thymol) – Bronchitis pg. 95,1 dram inhaled from hot water eases cough and lessens expectoration.
  • Benzion – Acute Bronchitis pg. 95,1 dram inhaled from hot water eases cough and lessens expectoration. Chronic Bronchitis pg. 96, as inhalation or spray.
  • Turpentine oil – Acute Bronchitis pg. 96, when expectoration profuse: also as inhalation or stupe.
  • Myrrh – Chronic Bronchitis pg. 97,1 dram inhaled from hot water eases cough and lessens expectoration.

The Merck Manuals are medical references published by the American pharmaceutical company Merck & Co, that cover a wide range of medical topics, including disorders, tests, diagnoses, and drugs. The manuals have been published since 1899, when Merck & Co. was still a subsidiary of the German company Merck.

The first Merck Manual, Merck's Manual of the Materia Medica (1899), was a small reference book that became widely used: by the 1980s it had become the world's best-selling medical text.

I am a researcher, thus I can suggest this curement, since currently it had amazing results on bronchitis.

For coronavirus curement, simple cough, severe bronchitis or pneumonia I can suggest you try using these ingredients. This curement was developed by me.

I suggest using this:

a) 30,000IU vitamin D per day (notice here the dosage is 30,000IU and not 3000IU) for three days (in case symptoms persist, take for another two days).

b) 600mg Magnesium Citrate per day

Probably you will see amazing results, since already in two different occasions, it eliminated cough in 2 days and on another occasion it eliminated cough in three days.

Use this curement completely on your own responsibility or inform your doctor as to supervise supplementation.

D3 for Bronchitis

RD (Somewhere in Europe) on 11/06/2022
5 out of 5 stars

I take 10-15 supplements every day, and all of them help me, because I'm always healthy and never sick.

However, from my own experience I already know what really helps me is my vitamin D3 supplement. However, as to vitamin D3, there are 3 recurring issues:

ISSUE #1: Your vitamin D3 dose needs to be individualized, so you need to periodically get a blood test known as "25-hydroxy-vitamin D", abbreviated as "25(OH)D", which is the vitamin D metabolite that is measured by medical labs, worldwide, to determine your vitamin D status.

ISSUE #2: Medical DOCTORS can harm you. In part because they're no experts on vitamins. And in part because they follow certain medical cartel protocols that were designed to harm you.

Example A: At the very most, they prescribe only 2, 000 IU of vitamin D3 per day. Why? Most likely because the more vitamin D deficient you are, the more money the medical cartel can make off of you.

Example B: When, at age 79, one of my close relatives needed help with her osteoporosis, one M.D. prescribed her vitamin D3 at a ridiculously low dose of 500 IU per day. Why only at 500 IU? Most likely because, the more sick you are, the more MONEY the medical cartel can make off of you. And, indeed, her M.D. never cured her osteoporosis. Further, her visits to her doctor increased exponentially. Further, Big Pharma made a killing on their overpriced pain killer meds that gave her a bunch of negative side effects that made her life miserable, and eventually killed her shortly before her 80th birthday.

ISSUE #3: Medical LABS can harm you. In part because they're no experts on vitamins. And in part because they follow certain medical cartel protocols that were designed to harm you.

Example A: Vitamin D intoxication is defined as 25(OH)D greater than 150 ng/ml; see www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2665033/. However, your med lab will likely ignore this very safe upper limit of 150 ng/ml, and give you a couple of FEAR messages, if you dare to be in the upper hemisphere of this 30 to 150 ng/ml range.

Example B: My med lab unilaterally and arbitrarily decided their 25(OH)D's reference range was "30 - 80 mg/ml". Further, their lab report falsely claimed my 25(OH)D was "toxic" when it was 149.2 ng/ml. In effect that lab report gave me a couple of FEAR messages, and subtly pressured me to limit myself to their 80 ng/ml upper limit that wasn't supported by science. Why? Most likely because the more vitamin D deficient I am, the more money the medical cartel can make off of me.

Example C: My most recent medical lab test report caused me further harm when it prompted me to overreact and halt my usual 11, 000 IU per day vitamin D3 dose for 10 days. In other words, right after reading their partially misleading med lab report, what did I do? I overreacted and started pausing my usual dose of 11, 000 IU per day. And what happened next? I had BRONCHITIS, all of a sudden, by day 10.

Example D: When I restarted, I did it at 6, 000 IU per day. Why only at 6, 000 IU? Because my med lab report influenced me negatively. In retrospect, I should've restarted at 10, 000 IU per day, not at 6, 000 IU per day.

Naturally, no sickness is ever good for anything. However, this sequence of events is valuable to me, because it clearly demonstrates to me how important it is for me to A) never overreact, and B) to always take a sufficiently large enough dose of vitamin D3, every day.

ISSUE #4: WHEN I HAD BRONCHITIS, how did I cure it? Well, on day 10, I simply restarted my vitamin D3. That was all that I needed. And, indeed, I could tell right away my bronchitis was starting to clear up. Further, today it's already day 13, and I can tell for sure that I'm on the right track, as about 90% of my bronchitis symptoms have already cleared up.

Further, these last two paragraphs clearly demonstrate to me that my vitamin D3 is the most important supplement for me.... I hope this will help somebody!

Steaming the Lungs for Congestion

Rob (Kentucky) on 11/04/2022

Question - How much mucus can the human body produce? Apparently, ALOT! In the past, I used a pot of water on the stove and a beach towel to cover my head and make a tent and inhaled the hot steam. I don’t do it as often as I should because I don’t like it because of the heat rolling over in my eyes. I then tried putting the hot water into another pot and inhaling but the water became cold a did not produce any more steam after a few minutes.

Then I found a little machine called The Vicks Sinus Steam Inhaler sold at Wally-World. This has made a BIG Difference in my sinus and lungs congestion and thick mucus. The hot steam liquifies the thick mucus coating the membranes of the sinus and lungs similar to thick molasses coating the inside of a jar. Add hot steam and the molasses liquifies to run out of the jar.

The instruction state not to put essential oils in it but I do. The top is removable exposing the water fill base so I put 1 drop of thieve’s blend in there and inhale for 15 minutes per setting.

Sources of these Steam Vaporizers:

Dr. Trust 3-in-1 Steam Vaporizer in India

Vicks Sinus Steam Inhaler in USA

Note: Do not use just steaming alone to fix the problem. Use multiple remedies at one time to attack your illness.

NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) for Lung Disease

NAC N-Acetyl-Cysteine for Lung Disease

Recently I had a round with a lung infection. (I need to find a new hobby and stop going around sick people)

Things that did NOT work…. Nebulizing colloidal silver with grapefruit seed extract, nebulize and internally chlorine dioxide, homemade vapor rub, herbal blend tinctures….

Currently I started to take cayenne pepper in milk which really got the phlegm out and coughing up oysters (gross). But, I started to get a strange pain in my right lower lung (felt like a large mass of thick phlegm was stuck in the pipe and would not come up) this was causing me to be short of breath, lost of oxygen, feeling dizzy, pressure on my chest like someone was sitting on my chest. Sleeping flat on the bed caused coughing fit so I have to sleep in a incline position. The last few days were pretty ruff. O.K. at this point do I need to go to the ER?

I had been studying NAC for Reducing Respiratory Symptoms in Chronic Lung Disease (like Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD). It acts directly as a scavenger of free radicals, especially oxygen radicals and is a powerful antioxidant. Some people can’t take NAC due to interaction with medications. If you're taking a blood thinning agent, anti-cancer drug, nitroglycerin, or metoclopramide then it is best to talk with your doctor before you begin this supplement as it can interact with these medications.

Being very sceptical that NAC wouldn’t do anything for my situation, I ordered the cheapest bottle off amazon. 600mgx60 capsules. They arrived next day and I took my first dosage that nite to see how I would react.

Important: Keep in mind I’m still taking the cayenne pepper 40,000 SU.

Day 1 - The only side effect I had was lite headed and dizzy (not a known side effect). But the odd thing was I wasn’t coughing and the pressure in my chest let up alittle. 1x600mg evening dose.

Day 2 – No dizziness and less coughing and less pressure. 1x600mg evening dose.

Day 3 (today) – I have felt amazing today. More energy. Occasional cough and mucus but no pressure all day. 1x600mg evening dose.

Based on my 3 day experiment, NAC is the real deal. Dr. Christopher the herbalist stated cayenne pepper was the “leader sheep”. Cayenne helped to ram other herbs deeper into the cells. I am hoping this explains the dizziness I was experiencing.

Ivermectin for Acute Bronchitis

Renee (Boston) on 09/07/2022

Acute Bronchitis and Ivermectin

Today is day 10 since I started with a dry hacking cough after almost getting over a common cold. I have had bronchitis in the past and do tend to have lingering chest congestion after colds that can last for months but this time was a doozy. I have never felt that I couldn't breathe, like each breath was thru a straw. The uncontrollable cough was hurting my ribs so bad but for the first the 3 days it was all an unproductive cough.

The only thing I took for the first 3 days was Mucinex and Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I used a humidifier and was already taking Zicam since my cold had started. I couldn't think straight, I was exhausted. I could barely blow my nose because I didn't have enough air. I kept wondering if I should go to the emergency room, call my doctor or something, but what kept me from doing that was that I was worried they would kill me. Seriously.

A friend of mine's brother had gotten a little dizzy in the shower and fell, he hit his head and his wife made him go to the hospital to make sure he didn't have a concussion, he supposedly tested positive for covid so they admitted him, started him on Remdesivir and to make a long story short, he died of kidney failure. Hospitals make $35,000 for every COVID DEATH, they don't get paid to save you.

So anyway by day 4 I wasn't getting any better and I decided to come onto earth clinic and look for remedies other than Mucinex. I tried several so I can't say which ones have worked. I made concoctions with garlic, ginger, ACV and Cheyenne pepper. I stood over boiling water with baking soda and sprayed peroxide down my throat, I gargled with salt water and covered myself in Vick's vapor rub, etc etc.

So all of that probably helped but I also realized that my bronchitis is from a virus, it's inflammation, and it somewhat has similar characteristics of covid. So I started taking ivermectin as well, I used the Zelinsky protocol for active covid. (I can provide that if anyone is interested) You pretty much double everything you usually take for prevention, double zinc, C, etc. The ivermectin was double too. I have taken ivermectin monthly for about 6 months as a preventative and to also see if it would help with my arthritis inflammation but this time I decided to attack this bronchitis with everything I had.

By the first day I started to hear and feel my check loosen, I started having productive coughs, finally! Now it very well could be that the virus was on a scheduled course anyway and it was time to loosen up or the Mucinex started working or the other home remedies, who knows? All I know is that I feel 90% better today, slept thru the night the past few nights, hardly cough at all now and when I do I have a productive cough. I was still feeling tired during the day, but today I don't!

So I'm sorry that I don't know what actually worked but I do know that we need to be active in our own care because Drs only tell you what big Pharma wants them to tell you.

I will continue taking garlic, ginger, AVC, and all of the wonderful remedies I found on Earth Clinic until I have no signs of bronchitis left but I will also keep taking ivermectin for another day or 2 as well.

FYI: Ivermectin cuts down the viral load.

I am a dog breeder who has given my dogs monthly ivermectin for yrs. I take the same one I buy for them since that's all I can get. 1% liquid.

Homemade Garlic Salve for Coughs and Colds

The Most Effective Cure for Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Coughs, Colds, Ear Infections

This coconut garlic chest rub is my go-to when kids/adults have a chest cold. It works very well to boost immunity and break up mucus with colds and flu-like symptoms. I apply to my kid’s chest, back, and bottom of their feet (then cover with socks). Garlic is a natural immune booster/anti-microbial and works to get rid of viruses, fungus, parasites and bacteria. The garlic is absorbed through the skin and starts going to work immediately. This rub smells like garlic. It can be used on small children and elderly.

You will need:

– 8 cloves garlic (I like chinese white), peeled and minced
– 1 cup coconut oil (liquefy it) or olive oil
– 10 drops oregano or thyme oil (optional but adds a punch to mixture)

Instructions:

Peel and mince garlic cloves. Allow to set for 25 minutes so the garlic juice is exposed to the oxygen in the air and converts to allicin (an anti-microbial compound).

Now, add minced garlic to a large coffee mug. Place mug inside of a larger pot and add water to the pot half way upto the coffee mug. Turn stove on medium heat. Add coconut oil to coffee mug and stir contents.

Leave pot on stove for one hour. Stir garlic-coconut about every 10 minutes. After one hour turn off stove and pour garlic-coconut mixture thru a strainer to remove pulp into storage container.

Allow to cool, apply to chest, back, neck, sole’s of feet or anywhere on the body. Repeat every 2-3 hours until condition improves.

I use straight 3% - the cheap non food grade type from the drug store in a nebulizer full strength or occasionally diluted with distilled water when starting. I have done so for many years. I have administered the same with my teens since they were little and have had no problems. Cured the respiratory problems in my home...started it when I had bronchitis for 4 months and was about to get a COPD diagnosis (I have never smoked.) That bronchitis strain put my mom in the ICU and almost killed her. The nebulized H2O2 killed my bronchitis in 3 days after starting! Since then I use it for all respiratory and viral infections. I've read the nebulizing is a systemic mode of action so it may be beneficial for issues beyond the respiratory system.

Since my remarkable recovery, my whole extended family uses nebulizers with H2O2 when they get respiratory bugs.

Onions in the Socks for Bronchitis

ONIONS IN SOCKS FOR BRONCHITIS.

Bronchitis is a disease in which the lining of the lungs and bronchial tubes become infected and flamed. There are a number of articles available on this subject in the net and the titles of two articles are given below:

1) Onions in socks for bronchitis.

2) I slept with onion in my sock and this is what happened.

According to the above articles, onions are rich in sulphur containing compounds and known to possess antiviral properties. One may expect the following benefits from sleeping with onions in socks:

1) Removal of germs and bad bacteria.

2) Alleviating symptoms of fever like cold and flu.

To implement this, one can place organic onion slices in the socks (under your feet in the middle) and sleep as one usually do. You have nothing to lose this onion and sock therapy a try. This is not expensive and onion slices in the socks will not hurt you. Reusing the same onion slice is not at all recommended. According to an article titled “Your feet and how they are connected to your body, vital organs in our body are connected to the bottom of our feet. If there are onion slices at the bottom of our feet, onion slices can stimulate vital organs in our body.

There is no scientific explanation for this treatment since it is evidence-based treatment. Recently, I had severe cold. I did not want to take antibiotics and cold medicines. I took the above treatment and my cold was gone within a day. If a person has bronchitis, cold, flu or fever, that person can try this treatment. Within one or two days, one will know whether the treatment will work or not.

Best wishes.

P. Raghavan.

Hi everybody. I have chronic bronchitis for 3 years. Decided I had to stop with inhalers (bad side effects) and test natural options. What has helped me the most is mullein leaf herb. I take 3 (500 mg) capsules per day (1 with each meal). The herb shop lady told me to try it and very glad I did. Highly recommend for mucus conditions in lungs.

Had Covid then became lucky recipient of chronic bronchitis. I have an inhaler and hate it, so I tried this and wow it really helps fast.

Ingredients

Large knob of fresh ginger, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar and water.

Instructions

Shake a big shake of the cayenne pepper in blender jar, add ginger, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 16 ounces or two cups of water. Blend and drink swiftly.

It's a fireball going down and the ginger is a bit gritty but works like a charm. I was amazed at the relief I got and steroid free!

If you need a sweetener, add honey! Good for throat.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Mucus in Chest

Apple Cider Vinegar cured chest phlegm and helped me breathe:

Every morning I woke up at 5am struggling to breath as phlegm loosened in my chest overnight and literally did not let me breath. For an hour every morning I drank loads of water (which helped a lot) and tried to cough and release phlegm. Then I read on this site about Apple Cider Vinegar so I started taking 1-2 tablespoons a day in a cup of water. After 2 days I did not wake up gasping for breath, I slept normally! I kept on taking it and was fine, when I stopped taking Apple Cider Vinegar I struggled a bit again in the mornings. I did this for a few weeks.

I have not taken Apple Cider Vinegar now for a good few days and am still fine in the mornings. I just about remember how I use to struggle every morning to breath! I actually can't believe it! I do have some minor phlegm over the day but it is solid and comes up easily, not loose and choking my lungs.

So Apple Cider Vinegar really gave me a lot of relief, and helped me breathe again.

Maybe now I will try it for weight loss!

Organic cold pressed Coconut oil saves the day again! I started taking a heaping teaspoon of it a day for bronchitis that had no productive coughs. By day two I had productive coughs after months of just dry coughing! By day 8 my bronchitis was completely gone!! Stuff is a miracle worker, love, love, love it!!

Bronchitis and Strep

Red pepper sauce will also help. I currently have these terrible coughing jags and it seems a good swig of pepper sauce stops the cough for a good while. I keep the bottle on the kitchen table with a whiskey shot jigger...just pour some in and down the hatch. It doesn't burn and what a relief. It's better than any of the high price stuff that advertises your cough will be gone in so many hours.
