I've used a lemon mask many times, but don't add the oil, just apply it straight. I love it! Instant freshening effect and incredible exfoliant. I slice a full lemon in half and squeeze out the juice and apply to my face (which I washed before I applied the lemon juice). I don't wash it off. Just apply moisturizer a minute later.
