my fast from posting was a challenge. Any change you make is also affecting frequency by your thoughts. I have battled a lot of programs from original programming, mostly with fears and uncertainties and outright trauma. Trying to train my thoughts to control me and my atmosphere has been one day at a time. It's not that I haven't come a long way, but that the distance ahead of me is not visible yet. So, I have to pace myself so I can get there.

Learning is natural to us, but unlearning requires a lot of attention and focus and practicing new information. How do you unlearn fear and panic? Both of them shut down the body as it releases cortisol. To learn, you must find truth and then by new routine place it into the spot of the misinformation. If habits or body systems are included, like addictions or chemical releases then it is, like a detox of sorts with discomfort during the renewal.

Journaling helps you find your map, here you are, and locate your desired destiny and find the path to get there. Any <<< change will affect thought and chemistry and frequency, good or bad. Any change will come with resistance to change. Any mindsets not helping you get to where you are going need to change.

I had lots of ways I pushed to change, and I have battles to win. I encourage you to journal, speak kindly and encouraging words with hope for desired outcomes, no matter the storm. Don't give your storm your words, speak outcome. Surround yourself with upbeat music and media and people, so you can gain strength from their vibes. You are more powerful than you know. Blessings, Charity

Faith doors are different than fear doors. They release a frequency of the yes with confidence and the chemicals of the brain to go excitedly toward the change. When you believe in something it happens weather it is a fear or a faith. The frequency of thought creates outcome. Trying to overcome programmed fears is a lot of resistance training.

I had a neighbor lived by me 7 months, many years ago. She changed the atmosphere by her faith. She later confessed to me she had only affected 2 people in her life that way and I was one of them. She changed my world. One time she prayed for our ski trip, and I am not kidding. The day was a purple like blue sky with white puffy clouds and the sun warmed our skin. The breeze was gone and hardly anyone was on the slopes. Some things she struggled with in her own life, if she tried to help me with those, I got no changes, just like she got no changes.

as a man thinketh, so is he

The eyes are the window to the soul (mind will and emotions) The type of lenses you put on them can change everything. Your thoughts are your lenses. Growing up I felt hopeless because I was afraid to get my hopes let down. I gave up hoping it would get better. I only hoped for a way out of it. I didn't have faith in myself or anyone or anything. I am still trying to figure out what this perfect love that heals is. I know I want that.

I need my heart to see with new lenses, so it can help me speak hope and future. My heart believes things and has expectations based on what I accept in my thoughts. I have changed what I expect. I expect wholeness and peace and joy. I don't have to accept anything I don't want. People use to tell me I was dwelling on the past trauma, and I can say it hurt when they said that, but I dwelt on it long enough to figure it out and move forward.

Past trauma is a puzzle you threw in a box, because you were in a crisis trying to survive. You keep taking out pieces trying to put it together. The mind keeps trying to solve it and won't let you store it away until the picture comes into light, and you get the understanding of why when what who and where. Only then can you be complete of trying to make it go into the backdrop as the PAST.

The body is a reflection of this underlying emotional process and tensions form in different places and your body can have memory of a past trauma. Like a person who has pain of a leg removed years ago. All the stress forms in tissue around the spine and and the nerves in the spine affect different organs connected. I love John Bergman on youtube and learned a lot.

I had a lot of panic attacks from trauma and the best way to cope with those is to get a deck of cards out and lay out some solitaire and change your focus until you are calm again. To focus on the problem really makes it grow big and then you can't breathe and feel like vomiting. Mine would last 5 hours at night after night terrors that would wake me up. This lasted for decades. I can say I felt sick all the time. During the day I would be trying to figure out how to get well and tried tons of things. I will say I have been very busy trying. I know if I stop focusing on those things and change my thoughts, this is a game I am going to win one thought at a time.

Then there is the tricky key, whatever you focus on grows bigger. I was for a time a fitness instructor and people with big thighs would want to do a ton of exercises to shrink them and that is how you grow them. Natural cures can be the same. I have put this theory to practice for decades. My pile of supplements oils and creams represents me trying everything I could to get well. The key in my lock is to change my focus about what I am projecting onto myself.

Would it be tricky if my body thought I couldn't cope with life, so it created a lovely distraction for me, like pelvic prolapse ...hmmmmm that possible. We can outsmart our body with thoughts. Almost like my body knew my emotional energy was too low to deal with the real traumas so it created a new one that would keep me so busy. Kind of like how procrastination helps our body or mind avoid having to face unpleasant tasks. We are complex.

Tim Urban: Inside the mind of a master procrastinator | TED - YouTube

The heart is the key to recovering all. You can have what you believe in your heart. Let yourself grieve and put your puzzle together, stop running and start dreaming with hope. Make a dream poster. Find some things you enjoy and do them often. Don't forget to journal all the good things and helpful tips. Blessings, Charity

I am at the Casa De Dom Inacio, where John of God, with the help of unseen forces of light, heals people of cancer, aids, blindness, in fact every ailment known to man. People flock here in their thousands to meet and be healed by this compassionate living saint. I came here in January for one month: I am staying for six months, simply because I have found heaven on earth.

I just wanted to let you know about an idea that was given to me by a friend and that I set up a website to explain to people. It is a very simple idea: stop every evening at 7pm and express an intention for peace (prayer, thought, mantra, movement, etc). That's it. We have people around the globe doing this every day "like a circle of hands spinning a wheel". The idea is very simple - and very powerful. I apologize that I have not updated the site in quite a while, but I promise that I will get back to it soon (smile). I am also not a salesperson (can you tell!!) but just an ordinary person who loves this planet very much. Please take a moment to look at Suggestions are ALWAYS welcome but please feel free to use anything you find there in your own movement towards a peaceful world.

You can read this fantastic story. Unfortunately it does not get much publicity because there is no money involved. May we jumpstart this Earth to peace, love and health. Blessings to all, Mary

A Prayer, a Poem and Word of Encouragement to You:

God Needs your Service on Earth So:

S-T-R-E-T-C-H ….. Y-O-U-R-S-E-L-F

"You aint going no where till God say so, or you give up"

Don't Give Up! EC needs you,

You have wisdom of life to share with somebody…..So…

S-T-R-E-T-C-H ….. Y-O-U-R-S-E-L-F

Get up, Sit up, Move up, talk up,

Stretch yourself as far as you can………

Like a Bridge………. Stretch yourself….. as far as you can….Stretch yourself,

And if you cannot yet see land, stretch out your hands….

Or heart, or voice and touch the Lord

(Lord don't let me leave before your time, Help Lord! ).

If you are missing some limbs of help,

"Visualize...., " "See God's Power Filled Healing Hands Stretching,

Moving Towards You"

"The hand touch of Jesus rest on you, give your more time,

Crown you with energetic life, life to share with others even now! I pray"

"Sickness and infirmities go…. We resist you, go away….

Scatter….flee like a bird… and return no more,

In the name of Jesus Son of the Living God, Amen

Re Pains and Thangs: Expect Your Youth to Be Restored.

Pain slows us down a bit, so we check for clearer paths. At 82 years old, my grandmother broke her arm bone, it was hanging out of the flesh and all. It was broke! She was a busy woman, cleaning and gardening, church mother and all. When she broke her arm, it seemed her busy days were over. However, six months down the line her arm was completely healed, and she was on the move again, gardening and all.

She had, had some serious senior moments (dementia) before she broke her arm, but, after she broke her arm her memory was much better, it seems the extra prayer and added multivitamin works well together. She lived to be one hundred and one, that was another twenty years active years after recovery.

She stayed up to date with things in spite of arthritis and whatever. She daily read her Bible, News Paper and kept working in and around the house.

Dear Hisjewel,

What an encouraging story about your grandmother! I agree that attitude can affect recovery greatly.

I am reminded of Alice Herz-Sommers, who passed away not long ago at the age of 109, I believe. At the time she was the oldest living Holocaust survivor. I read a biography of her, "Alice's Piano." She had many, many trials and sufferings in her life, not just the years in a concentration camp. Yet she always chose joy and love over bitterness. I think it is why she lived so long. She was still playing the piano that she loved so much even in her last years.

Here is a quote from her, " I think I am in my last days but it doesn't really matter because I have had such a beautiful life. And life is beautiful, love is beautiful, nature and music are beautiful. Everything we experience is a gift, a present we should cherish and pass on to those we love.”

There is Always Hope in Prayer

It's simply a Yes, No or Waiting for you to do what you're supposed to do situation. In the K.J. Bible 2nd Kings Chapter 5:9-12, Naaman almost missed his healing, because he wanted Elisha to pray and lay hands and say be healed, but instead he was given a word from the Lord, and told to go dip in the Jordan River Seven times.

If you don't hear from me for a while Earth Clinic friends, I'm trying to follow instructions so I can move to the next level and help someone there.

You have the main remedies that keep me going some of them I learned right here at earth clinic. I called myself sharing with my mom some of the things I learned at earth clinic.

I said mom, if you have itchy pimples just put a little baking soda in a cup of water and rub that on it, that will stop the itch. She said my mother use to make the baking soda into a paste with water to heal our itches. So that was not knew to her; however, I did surprise her with the Apple Cider Vinegar.

She had already been using it to soak her chicken with, and along with baking soda to unstop her bathtub. So, I said "Mom you know Apple Cider Vinegar makes a good cough medicine too! " She said, "Say what?" I said yes, I tried it myself, it stopped my cough for two hours straight. She was glad to hear that one.

The last time I made her a batch of homemade cough syrup mixed with: Honey, crushed garlic, turmeric, and lemon juice, she wanted to know if I put Apple Cider Vinegar in there. I said, No Mom, it works well by itself.

My daily and monthly cures, are Prayer, Confessing Bible verses, Singing with a Joyful Heart, Fasting's, Prayer Shut-in's, Water, Molasses with Baking Soda….. and of cause Orange Juice.

Prayer and Expression Through Writing

Good Morning Earth Clinic

Writing Can be Healing!

Years ago I had a dream in which I heard this song,

"The paper and the pen are friends.

The paper and the pen are friends....

Put them in your hands

And they will cause you to stand

The paper and the pen are friends."

We would be surprised how many people are sick because of worry or unforgiveness. Writing is a good way to take off the heavy load, or just to say what you could not express verbally. You can forgive yourself and others, say I love you, or even say "I am sorry" to someone in a letter whom you may never see again.

You may find out that there is a gift of writing in you that's been waiting to be expressed.

Your healing may come as you write. Writing can be just what the doctor ordered to help you to stop worrying. When I first started doing 3 day Prayer Shut-ins in the 1980's, I use to write down all my request in a note book and date them. Most of those prayers have been answered. There are about two or three still on the list from those years.

If you are writing to get anger off your chest, be sure to tear up the paper when you finish, or shred it, and say "Lord I'm trading this anger in for peace and joy." Then write the situation like you would love it to be. This is your prayer, date it, check it off when it comes to pass. "Believe something good can happen."

Unforgiveness has a way of making us sick. And it probably does just as good of job of making us acidic as worry. I believe that writing done properly can be a way of letting hurt go. True forgiveness is letting it go. Furthermore it is canceling the charges.

It may be a good idea for us to write a Cancelling the Charges List for 2017. It may very well be the turn around for brighter days, because it just feels good to do good, (And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Matthews 6:12 .

Oops, it Seems my Poetic Thought of Sharing Love fell through.

I wanted it to make it for Valentines Day to give someone a smile..., let me tell you why. As a single woman if you don't buy your own flowers you many not get any. All my sisters are married. They get flowers on something nice on VD.

Some years ago, one of my sisters emailed me a picture of beautiful flowers. I had told myself that Valentines Day did not matter to me. As a matter of fact I am now in my sixties and have only received one VD gift in my life. But when she send just this beautiful picture of flowers on VD I felt joy.

Now that I have told why I wrote the poem and sent the picture, I pray that

I can share it, perhaps someone with feel the joy I felt that day. I entitled the poem, "A Surprise for you and I"

A Surprise for You and I

I snubbed my nose at Valentines Day

It shared no love with me…

I snubbed my nose at Valentines day

Until in a store window I happened to see…

Buy one get one free….

All of a sudden I was through the door

Flowers, cards, and balloons to explore.

So I bought some flowers that caught my eyes

A lovely flower for you and I,

Then I felt so good to my surprise….

HI U OLE PATOOTS DOING, , , , , , , , , , , , this is a story of an older woman in our church who gave this testimony last Sunday. It was very moving and I hope I can do it justice as I just got off the phone with her.

First this is a Godly woman and she is raising all her grandsons. She had been having severe headaches for two weeks and last Sunday she passed out after church and then could not talk, nor see. They took her to a Chattanooga hospital and they told her that all her organs were shutting down. The nurse and doctor had a prayer with her and she improved and went home.

Then on Friday morning, she woke and could not see, nor talk again. They took her to a Knoxville hospital and installed two stints that allowed blood to get to her brain and she was able to talk and see. She was at church Sunday and gave this testimony. I heard this, but asked her to repeat what she had said Sunday. She said that praying to God got her through her problem. She now thinks God has let her live for a purpose. I think it is to get her grand children raised. All are good God fearing kids.

Good people, our spiritual health is just as important as our physical health as most natural doctors will now tell you. Your mind controls your body.

This woman's name is Deb, and I would ask all to say a short prayer for her. It is not only the black grand parents that are rearing the kids but also the white grand parents. We have totally lost our way.

God gave me a formula to use for teeth filling miracles with a substance out of Heaven & not on the earth as manna falling from heaven on the earth to feed the wonderful Jewish people in Ex 16.

The maimed were healed in Mt 15:30-31 through our Wonderful Lord & only Saviour, JESUS CHRIST. HE RECEIVES ALL THE GLORY FOR THIS.

Love this site!!! I have researched many things here and have found good help! But while dealing with an ailment of any kind, anxiety can get the best of you. Do your research and pray. Two Bible verses that have helped me-Philippians 4:6-7"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." and Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Keep up the good work "Earth Clinic"!

Hi all,
I married late at 35 and I wanted to have twins and be finished with the whole issue. I knew that my husband and I were fertile and I knew my fertile days. That is when my discharge had the resemblance of the egg white. I so believe in the power of God. So I had a task every day about 9. 00am I would talk to God and tell him that He promised that If I am living right if I ask for anything in the name of Jesus He would grant me my heart's desire. I was honest and I had the faith and believed without doubting. I told 7 people that I was believing for God to give me twins. Some did not take me serious and thought 'ya right okay'well I went on with my quest of prayer. We got married in November and I conceived in February with twins! Yes you better believe it! I got beautiful twin girls now six years old. God loves you and He is willing to give you what you desire just ask Him in Truth and believe and He will heal anything and grant you your heart's desire. Try it.

I have encountered many angry people and I know that when you are always angry it is bad for your body. Anger is toxic. Over a long period of time it become a disease. It affects the well being of your body. Anger is a spirit and when you entertain it it grows horns and becomes rage and we all know the rage can make you do things that are wicked like hurting other people or even kill. The reason anger gets out of control is because we have refused to forgive. Forgiveness is one of the greatest gift you can have. When you forgive your body feels better your health is better and you will sleep like a baby at night. The other gift you need is love. If you have this gift you'll have solved your anger problem. I believe in God and what I know is that God is Love and when you have Him and ask Him to teach you about love He will. What is love?"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. " —I Corinthians 13:4-8a (NIV)

I used to be very angry a long time ago and it was affecting my relationships and my health. I was abused sexually as a child and I could not get past what was done to me. I had a problem with letting things until one day I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I remember that I cried for about two hours because I had to forgive the crime and let go. Jesus set me free and taught me to forgive and to love. I hated men before but when Jesus set me free I could entertain the idea of a boyfriend. I'm married with two children. I have to forgive every day but sleep like a baby at night and I do not go to bed angry for my sake and my health I let go and try not to let things or people bother me. When I'm broke I don't get mad I just work harder and think more because getting mad does nothing for me. I hope this helps

Jesus could have said walk in love and pray and resist the devil and you will be delivered but he didn't . He cast the devil out and that is where the church is stuck with so many going around in circles , that can't get free. Some believers have been given the gift of healing , others the gift of deliverance. Last spring I started following this video a few times a week and I have never been this free in my life. I continue to do it , because any time sin enters and you don't recognize it , because your life has been one long deep dark pit , then the darkness sneaks back in and takes up camp. Hope you get to partake and become freer and freer as you do.

prayer site for any request

basic deliverance session

hope you get free and healed and overcome every lie that is hurting you .

I would love to share with you what I have stumbled on . I read a book by Andrew Wommack called YOu've already got it and it's been a couple years of letting that sink in as I still battled in my health and I have been overcoming in many areas of my life . I called his prayer line recently they said I would benefit from healing journeys testimony site to gird up my faith in the battle. I have been going there maybe a few weeks and learned why my battle in the natural has not helped me overcome it. Basically the people who share and teach how they took hold of what they already had after years on end trying to apply natural helps. Not that I haven't appreciated the natural remedies that I applied along the way . I hope as I am overcoming through their insights in their own healings, I can inspire your recovery too. My scripture is Luke 12:31 “But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Reading Psalms in any difficult time has always helped me. They have helped me in a surreal way where I am left astounded by the results. I never saw it coming but realized their power only after I got my results. I went thru a very traumatic breakup when I was 20. It left me pretty scarred and out of desperation, I just started praying the Psalms every day-deeply and literally in tears. Looking back now after 10 years, I realized how blessed I have been since. I have had lived a prosperous life, experienced the best of luck, and have simply outdone myself. I lost weight, I have run marathons, got promotion after promotion, and found someone who cherishes me and treats me so good, I find it hard to believe sometimes. There are no words to describe it. I did sort of venture away from reading them for a year or so and I really felt like I lost wisdom and understanding and life started to not make sense again. It is a hard feeling to describe and I cannot express in words what reading the Psalms can do for you. If there is anything you need, ANYTHING, read the Psalms, I GUARANTEE you, it will get answered. The most surreal part of the experience is that you do not see it coming. It will seem like it did not work, but then all of a sudden, the results are right in front of you. WHen you read, you must be alone, silent, and you must not let anyone hear or know you are praying. And the most important part is that you must believe.

I was in a wheel chair for 8 years, because of my back.

I now walk, with the aid of a morphine pump for pain. I thank God every day that I am able to walk. I also have hep-c, which I thought was either going to kill or cause me to have a liver transplant. Three or four weeks ago I had a liver biopsy. Five years ago the one I had put me at a 2 and 1/2 on a scale of 0-4. The biopsy showed the beginnings of serosas and I had bad inflammation. They expected this recent biopsy to show me at a stage 3 or above, which would have been bad. I believe in prayer and in God showing you things. Well God has healed me. I am no longer at stage 2 and 1/2. I am below stage 2, with no serosas and no inflammation of the liver, Praise God. I now have up to another 18 years to hit stage 4 again, at least that's what the doctor says. I wonder what God says, Amen
