Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Guide: Bill Munro Method

I am using food grade (diluted correctly) hydrogen peroxide with the inhaling method
6 pumps / 5 times day.

The 'nebulizer' also did the trip for me.
Once I tried this (from reading this post) I was amazed!
What a high I got and rush of energy!
Clarity and a great sense of well being as well.
I have been going through some 'healing crisis' since I tried a H202 bath and drank some 3% (food grade) as well.

Unfortunately many of the spray bottles we all find don't all work that well.
Many just spray a semi fine mist or even steams of liquid.
Then not much gets into the lungs.
A good quality one is needed or possibly the portable nebulizer.

I already had a nasal/throat steamer that I got from my acupuncturist.
It is really the same as the nebulizer but you just push your face into the cup and steam flows into your face. You can either set it for forced breathing or having it flow to you.

My nebulizer is not very practice to take around but first thing in teh morning wil do the trick!

I am going to search for a high quality nasal sprayer though (misting)

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation: I am a 40 year old African-American female. I started doing the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalations on 1/10/2009 and I have already noticed a changed in my gray hair. I dyed my hair black a week prior to starting this remedy, and the gray usually resurfaces in about a week around the edges. I noticed the edges are majority black with a few strands of gray. I have gray hair all over (even gray pubic hair.) I have noticed that my gray pubic hair is now 85% black with only a few gray. I had a clogged gland in my breast tissue (a lump), and that has completely gone away.

I put the hydrogen peroxide in a nasal pray bottle and I spray 5 pumps every 4 hours. After each spray, I hold it in my lungs for as long as I can, then exhale through my nose. I do this 5 times. I keep the spray bottle in my purse so that I won't forget nor have the chance to miss my inhalations.

It burned my throat at first and I got hoarse, but that went away after a couple of days. Another thing I noticed is that my skin is clear (I have had acne since I was 12) and the facial hair I had started developing is minimal now.

I will let you know how it's going after another 2 weeks.

I am definitely impressed by this. I am not using anything else right now because I want to be sure which method is causing which results.

Now another that is wonderful is Vitamin C powder....great to move on skin cancers, boils, warts and many many other things....Method to use the powder is to wet infection by either sorbaline or olive oil....then taken a large pinch of Vit C dust and rub into the infected area keep rubbing until it turns into paste then keep rubbing until it disapates......do each day until skin cancer moves away: It worked for me: Skin cancer is just a virus...I also have heard that it also helps with cancers within...

NOTE: Now it must not be used on Kemo people to use it.....as it will not work..it will crystalize inside ones body: The powder can be taken orally with water or juice it can be purchased from either a chemist or health food stores for around $10 Aus

And it does much more: Injections of high dosage Vit C into infected area's also helps for ones who R ill...I also wonder about aids plus other viruses and infections? Much more

I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) for about a week now and am amazed. 2Tbls in water 3 times a day and H2O2 spritzed into my throat twice a day - when I remember. Got used to the ACV quickly, the H2O2 still tastes like crap but they are working wonders so I keep on. Had sinus infection for decades and, as a smoker, congested lungs. Both cleared up within a week! Also, pain in right shoulder and left elbow is gone.

Came here to find a solution for a friend's sore throat. Number one cure was Cayenne which she can't take. Two days later I woke with a sore throat so on the way for coffee I stopped at a store and got some Cayenne. Put a 1/4 tsp in my coffee and before I finished the cup, the sore throat was gone. Amazing. Thank you EC for all the help. Next, 5-HTP for chronic depression.

I tried the H2O2 inhalation method with great success, but had to use this with a nebulizer and had GREAT, IMMEDIATE RESULTS. I too knew this was the answer but was very scared of this method. I had already tried drinking it without great success and too much trouble. After reading all of the amazing testimony on earthclinic, I knew I had to give this a shot.

With the spray method, I didn't get the huge, immediate, great success that everyone else had described. It often caused me to cough as it just wasn't a fine enough mist for me to inhale. I stuck with it for several months determined that I would eventually get these results that everyone else was seeing. I have been suffering for years from extreme fatigue, depression, back pain, insomnia, muscle and body aches all over, weight gain, allergies symptoms, and the older I get more symptoms arise. The brain fog that I thought had cleared before with the spray method had cleared even more. Everything was bright and clear. I didn't have to lay down, I was outside working for the rest of the day. Slept better than I ever had that night. I woke up feeling GREAT, which NEVER happens. I usually ache all over in the mornings and I wasn't hurting a bit that morning, OR SINCE. Backaches are gone, muscle aches are gone. Congestion cleared immediately. I still have drainage from allergies but not the congestion. I was having problems with my contacts with the eye doctor stating that my eyes were just not getting enough oxygen due to my contacts and years of wearing contacts. I was to the point that I could no longer get my contacts in. I am now wearing them without steroid drops or any drops of any kind and without irritation.

I did have some detoxing effects early on with the spray method. It felt like the flu only without fever and other symptoms. I have been told that I have a yeast overgrowth in my system and was told after later that this was probably yeast die off or just normal detoxing symptom.

My husband was having back pains with trouble standing upright one day, so I convinced him to try it. Reluctantly and with much urging, he did try the breathing treatment. He could stand upright immediately and all back pain was gone. He admitted he felt better with more energy.

Now, I get up feeling great and grab the nebulizer instead of a cup of coffee. I am up and going all day without the lulls and sinking feelings. I am so happy that I didn't give up. The only down fall, which after the benefits doesn't even seem like a downfall at all, is that there is a very slight burning/irritation felling in the back of my throat. One drink of water afterward or during treatment and it is gone. I thought this could be reduced by diluting the solution more if it was too much for other people. There is room in the medicine cup of the nebulizer for more water as it only uses about 1/4 of the allowed amount at the medication line. Also, if you begin to feel a little lightheaded, then you would want to stop as you have enough oxygen at that point and cut the number of sprays back by one or two. Just see how much is left in the medicine cup when you got the lightheaded feeling. I have now purchased a small portable nebulizer on the internet with a car adapter for less than $70. Others are even less than that $30-$40.

My family has been suffering the affects of mold in our house long after remediation and now with the treat of Bird Flu, I felt that we didn't stand a chance. After watching a program on the Bird Flu, my son approached me and stated that he doesn't have a chance. He has such a weakened immune system. Now, I truly feel that not only will we make it, but will be healthier than we have ever been.

Hello. I have been quite ill for the past 6 weeks. I have gone to a medical doctor twice and alternative doctors 4 times. No one can seem to identify my problem. I have had a side pain that radiates through my back causing nausea and I have been on the couch most of the time. I have tried several natural remedies. I read about Bill Munroe's hydrogen peroxide inhalation method and felt I had nothing to lose. I immediately began to feel an improvement which spurred me on to keep taking it. I have only been on it for 3 days, taking it 6 times a day, and I feel I am on the road to recovery ! I am very grateful. I have been able to homeschool my children 2 full days now - something I haven't been up to doing! I am looking forward to feeling 100 percent and I also have my children taking a lower dose. I started inhaling drugstore Hydrogen Peroxide 3% diluted to 1% with water in a nasal spray bottle. I inhale 4 puffs 5 times a day. My sinus infection has cleared and as an unexpected surprise my vision has greatly improved. I see clearer and colors are more vibrant. I most certainly will continue to use the H2O2 for it has greatly improved my health.

I have tried the 3% peroxide from the drug store in a cleaned nasal spray bottle. I added peroxide first then added a small amount of water..It works great.. have been using for about 2 months.. helps me with sinus problems, unclogs ears, and got rid of a virus i was beginning to get. At the first signs of chest congestion I inhaled 2 puffs in each side of nose every 2 to 3 hours..It was gone the next day. When ever i can't breath threw my nose i use the peroxide spray and it clears up.. My son was getting sick and i used it on him, he improved within the hour.. the next day he hardly even coughed. And he doesn't have to use his inhaler as much.. it's really working for us... Thanks for all your comments. I've learned so much.

I used Bill Munro's remedy a while back. First thing I noticed was my hair was turning back to brown, from being silver/brown. Also noticed after taking it for the first couple times, when I breathed in, it felt like for the first time I was using ALL of my lungs. This is a VERY WEIRD FEELING ! It's as if your whole life you're only using half your lungs. One thing I want to add. Walgreens may not use stabilizers in their 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. If you look on their label, its not listed on there. All the other brands list stabilizers. I'm hoping that means they don't add stabilizers. Maybe other people can comment on this. Anyway, I stopped using the remedy, but only because I got lazy. But now looking at the sliver creeping back into my hair, my ego and vanity will take over and put me back on the regime. Hi Mr. Munro. Want to thank you again for the phone call. I am spreading the word and I will bet you get more emails. I am feeling so good that it is scary. I am inhaling at least 8 times a day at 4 to 5 sprays. I have so much energy. I am breathing so much better and my arthritis is not bothering me except for a tad bit of stiffness in my fingers in the morning but no pain at all. I had a balance problem and that is gone already. My balance being off made me bounce off of walls and one of my feet would drag now and then and almost trip me. I can breathe through my nose again. Lots of gunk clearing out of my lungs and sinuses. My mind is clear and sharp. I feel like I have turned back the hands of time! It is amazing!! Didn't think I could ever feel this good again. I have had what I call a healing crisis where I felt like I had a case of the flu and ran back and forth to the bathroom and felt queasy to my stomach but I know that it is my body healing and detoxing and I am drinking a lot more water with fresh lemon juice in it. I might feel lousy for a little while but it quickly passes and I am feeling great again. Will continue the h2o2 therapy and I am going to pass it on to as many people as I can.

SINCE I STARTED IT, I HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINUS FLARE UP ----------- AND MY PROSTATE INFECTION IS COMPLETELY GONE. I AM TELLING EVERYONE TO START USING IT, AND I AM GOING TO START MY 16 YR OLD NEPHEW ON IT THIS WEEKEND....HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LEUKEMIA 6 MONTHS AGO AND HAS TO HAVE A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
