Methylene blue has worked for me for Psorisis, I think vaping was the cause of me getting it, and I had it bad, about 7 yrs tried tons of things nothing helped until mb. started with 1% and slowly built up to 60 drops plus in half a glass of water. next bottle I bought was 4% to save money and last longer, so then 1 drop equals 4 so counted in steps of 4, now I just use 1 dropper full without counting. I never had a super brain effects the only thing that showed was my Psorisis going.
