Need Help for PMS and Hormonal Imbalance - 26 Years Old

Grandma in Her 20's (Canada) on 01/27/2022

Hi everyone,

I am requesting any recommendations, or anyone with similar symptoms to what I have been going through to comment.

I am 26 years old, I have only had my period three times on the last two years. I also am suffering from darkening of my skin under the breast and in the groan area. I also have hair under my chin that is grows in darks and thick.

I am sure I have hormonal imbalance. I also don't eat dark meat, drink my tea and coffee black. Sometimes with honey. I stay away from prossessed foods and eat primarily only organic foods. I have been doing this for the past years. It seems like my symptoms have worsen since.

I also never got my period until I was 14, it's has always been irregular and sometimes last for months.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Start basic with soy lecithin granules (detox fats out of organs and feed brain with choline and inositol) 1 tsp by spoon in morning or bedtime with cup of water: leave water out for 1 hr to let the chlorine dissipate and put one drop of Lugol's iodine on skin. Take L- taurine and lysine together ( to remove MSG and fight virus). Drink 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in water before breakfast. Vitamin D-3 with K-2 and magnesium citrate. After two weeks of this get back to us about how you are doing. Blessings, Charity

I haven't had this group of signs, but it looks like PCOS, possibly.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC8451069/

"Cutaneous changes are one of the earliest manifestations of PCOS, which include acne, hirsutism, androgenetic alopecia (AGA), stria, acanthosis nigricans (AN) and skin tags. As part of a multidisciplinary approach to these patients, dermatologists also play a major role in its management. "

Try Myo & D Chiro Inositol. Strangely, I miss periods when I go without animal protein. If I add a meal of chicken, my period appears. Odd, but true. I’ve not found any explanation for this, but it works every time.

Good luck & good health.

Sounds like Poly-Cystic ovarian disease. I have it and so does my daughter.( found hers at 14) It runs in families. The ovaries get cysts that produce male hormones.

suggestions. cut out ALL soy..

Get tested, is blood test.

One of the earliest signs is the ballooning of weight at puberty. Blood sugar crashes after eating sweets. With monthly hormonal changes there s swelling and it never goes down. because it is.. truly fat storage.

This disease process changes the storage of carbs, they are processed into sugars and immediately stored. Treatment for us included chemical free -as possible.high protein, moderate fat. we used olive oil, butter and sunflower, coconut depending on the use/need. avocado oil is good also. You must control this if it is the issue if you do not the risk is insuln dependent diabetes at an early age. controlled mine from age 21. still am(low sugar episodes) hypoglycemic, but controlled via diet.In today's vernacular it is pre-diabetes/am 62 now.

Bitter melon, 500mg-900mg taken daily will help - it does take about 3 months for visible results. We both take it intermittently now.. have both been on it more than 4 years.intermittent dose is 15 days on and 15 days off.after several months, ( you see results) change it over to intermittent dose.

DR. can also put you on blood sugar medications- glucophage is one. These meds can have side effects that are unwanted like tendon issues.
