Since I do not like to use products with triclosan, and I like to make my own stuff, anyway, here is how I make foaming hand soap.

First I buy a foaming hand soap from the store. If I can find one with no triclosan, I use it, then refill it with home made. If I have to use one with triclosan, I dump that out. (Not sure where...down the sink and it can end up in the water supply...same with on the ground...) When I need to refill the bottle, I refill it with a combination of liquid soap and water. You only need about 1/6th of it to be liquid soap. You can play around to find the exact spot on your bottle to fill with soap and then add water. For our dispensers, we fill it about 3/4 inch with liquid soap. I like Dr. Woods Almond Castille Soap for this. I have also used shampoo (without SLS) for this. You can add a few drops of essential oil of your choice to make it smell yummy. My daughters like to try different things. Adding lemongrass oil to the almond soap made a visitor think we had a pear flavored soap. Yum!

This is cheaper, safe, and more fun than store bought varieties!

Enjoy!
