Doesn't help everyone. I'm vegan, gluten free, sugar free, eat 100% organic and natural foods, nothing processed, exercise daily, use only natural skincare products... I have beautiful soft skin on my body, untreated long glossy hair, strong hard nails... But when it comes to my face? Disaster zone.Replied By Mmsg (Europe) on 02/12/2015
Ashley, two thoughts:
1. Have you tried swapping vegan for dairy-free?
2. An interesting read: a few Ebook called Skin Deep by Grossbart. Google it.
