About Black Seed Oil -

I have been living in countries where black seed oil is used quite a bit. They say it is good for everything but death. I take it for general health - a teaspoon first thing in the morning about 5 times per month. I used to take it daily but the local folks said I should take breaks and not take it daily for eternity. I'm not sure why. But try it - 5 mornings, then take a break for a week. See if it makes a difference. It has an acquired taste. I bought some from Amazon once and the flavor was very harsh. I had a hard time taking it. But the oil I've gotten here in Algeria was from Saudi Arabia - Camel brand. It's not too bad tasting. I think it's a good idea to take it with honey and water. Maybe even with juice from half a lemon.
