Jelly (Farnborough, Hants, Uk) on 05/29/2012

I've searched everywhere but I can't find any threads that match my heat rash. It only happens when I've caught the sun, then two days later I come up in a nasty bumpy really itchy rash which seems to have fluid in the bumps. I've tried everything but nothing works, I'm sure its related to Candida though. Anyone have any ideas?? Many thanks.

I am a little concerned about your rash. You may have a staph infection.

Jelly from Farnborough, what you have sounds like a case of shingles, which is from a type of herpes virus that initially manifests as chicken pox, I believe. It can be triggered by stress or sunlight, and the symptoms are basically as you describe. I don't think it's staph.

In requard to the person who has rash after being in the sun, I have the same rash & it is an allergy to a band of UV rays of the sun. The way to avoid the rash is to wear light cover when going out in the sun.

Response to rash after sun. I have this as well. Never had a problem when I was younger. Fibro/chronic fatigue has brought on many other nastys along with the sun allergic reaction. If you get 'water zit's' with exposure. Population varied and tied with duration of and intensity of sun. The itch can be controlled with allergy/sinus tabs. Also getting a good base of tan in a safe manner slowly minimizes reaction. I did however have a severe problem vacationing in Cozumel. Fun overshadowed caution and came down with sever swelling of entire face in butterfly fashion. No, never a positive on Lyme or lupus. Fluconazole relieves the symptoms along with chest rash, psoriasis like pores on arms. Strange pores on neck following skin folds / creases, dandruff snow, white nasal, lymphs the size Texas etc.. etc... etc...

Lastly my polio vaccination scar has morphed into a keloid type scar which was normal til the change to no health. I think they never fixed polio. Their caveman immunizations just moved the polio type bug into a unchallenged Frankenstein critter the human body has no defense or poor defense over along with Frankenstein food from Swanson kfc Denny's BKing. A pinch of GM food, flour stripped of all good. DNA altered, juiced with drug cocktails monster cows. Drugstores, banks, bars, gas stations rule the street corners. Seems they are keeping us sick, weak and slaves of their energy..... I better stop.... Livin in the united corporations of america.

I also have the condition at it's worse in Cancun and Hawaii. I haven't been in the sun in a very long time. I think your correlations are spot on.

I believe you are having a allergy reaction to the sun. That happened to me and I took an antihistamine before going in the sun...it really works..

I too have had a rash with raise fluid filled tiny bumps. I have learned to get a bit of sun while at the beach, then protect my body the rest of the day with light clothing and or shaded beach ten. I always burn with excessive sun, then tan so I watch my sun intake now and I haven't had this sort of outbreak in over 15 years now. From google search (The mildest form of heat rash (miliaria crystallina) affects the sweat ducts in the top layer of skin. This form is marked by clear, fluid-filled blisters and bumps (papules) that break easily. A type that occurs deeper in the skin (miliaria rubra) is sometimes called prickly heat.
